The staff was amazing and so helpful with providing suggestions on things to see and places to eat. The room was very spacious and clean.
4.5 / 5.0
Asteras Paradise was super friendly - every member of staff went above and beyond to help us have the best time we possibly could. Even giving their own recommendations for what to do in Paros! We had a fantastic holiday and did so many great things because of that 😊
The location was further out of Naoussa than we had thought but there is a bus stop right outside that takes you into the town in just 10 minutes and comes around every half an hour so it wasn’t a problem for us.

Friendly staff and pool
Poor wifi
1.0 / 5.0
The pool
The wifi didn’t work
The aircon in my room didn’t work in the middle of a heat wave, after calling down to get it fixed the male staff member was acting inappropriately asking for private details. I didn’t want to call again so they assumed it was fixed. All I was offered was a complimentary drink and had to argue to get a room change.
It was quite far out.

Not good needed to leave as there was no wifi working
Staff said it was an island issue which was not true - complaints from others also
We did not stay as you can see we had to make another booking.com accommodation for the same period
All above

We loved the staff, the facilities, easy parking, cosy rooms, the pool was amazing too. We loved the bartenders (especially Lucas!!).
There was no wifi for our entire stay. The phone reception was very spotty in the rooms as well, so we really only had phone reception on our balcony or when we were at the pool!

Other employees were very nice and helpful. The apartment was quite large and it was perfect for 3.
The breakfast was quite bad. Especially the scrambled eggs. We told the manager about it and he told us that he knows that so that is the reason he doesn’t eat breakfast. The manager was also quite rude he said that he does not give a f*** about my review. Which i am sure that now he does.

Large pool and bar Bar man entertained guests location between 2 towns was perfect. Close to most town via bus or car

The staff at Asteras Paradise truly stood out. Daphne, Panos, and Loukas went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care enhanced our experience, making us feel like valued guests from the moment we arrived.
Additionally, the hotel's beautiful garden and pool area were a highlight. Meticulously maintained with vibrant flowers and lush greenery, they created a tranquil atmosphere. The inviting pool offered a refreshing oasis under the Greek sun.
There were a few negative aspects we feel compelled to mention.
Firstly, the hotel provided only one key for two people sharing a room, causing inconvenience and coordination issues.
Secondly, the breakfast lacked variety and had additional charges for basic items like cappuccino, falling short of our expectations for an inclusive breakfast experience.
Additionally, the room was a bit lackluster, with the temperature being uncomfortably warm unless the AC was constantly on. Another disappointment was the lack of clarity about the spa facility. We were unaware of the need for advance booking and the additional cost, limiting our access and preventing us from fully enjoying the amenities.

Beautiful garden-based setting, peaceful yet fun hotel, all hotel staff, particularly the bar staff made the visit a 10/10, going above and beyond at any opportunity. Nice pool and decent rooms
A little from any major towns, but connected by major bus route so workable

the property is beautifully set up like a little village but is completely brought to life by the staff. Daphne greeted us upon check in and gave us the perfect over view of the island as well as advice for making the most out of a few days there. The environment and community feel was all thanks to the Bartender Loukas who charmed, chatted and entertained every single guest - making every evening at the hotel as memorable as those spent exploring the island.

Lovely place, with good facilities. Room was clean, nice bathroom and a decent size. It has a very large pool and lots of sunbeds which is ideal as it is a little far from beaches. What really made this place amazing was the staff. They are very welcoming and really went above and beyond.
The only slight negative was that it was a little far from the main town Naoussa. You definitely need some mode of transport to get around the island but Asteras does provide a free shuttle to Naoussa at various times which is really nice and convenient.

The most amazing part: the open mindes staff! We got to know so many great people and the bar keeper Loukas connected everyone. During the day and at night we spend much time at the pool + bar with this kind atmosphere. Also, the staff gave us great tips and supported us in any case.
The accomodation was also nice. The rooms have everything we needed and a nice balkony. The pool area is very beautiful. The rest of the hotel as well with the little „olive farm“

The room was pretty big, it was a triple room. Surrounded by gardens. It was clean. The staff, specially Dafne were so cool.
Uncomfortable bed. Poor breakfast and bad coffee included. Any options of vegetable milk available

nice staff and the location is great
it’s too old and doesn’t seem like a 4 star, too overpriced for what it offers.
4.0 / 5.0
very friendly staff, fantastic swimming pool. Good selection for breakfast. rooms clean and comfortable.
Very rural location. No other shops/restaurants nearby. really need a car. However, hotel did supply a free shuttle service to and from Naoussa.

The breakfast was very average, the staff were lovely and accomodating especially Daphne and Loukas. The pool was fantastic.
Room very dated and not what is advertised. Gym was not available, parking was an issue. The resort has the potential but is in desperate need of renovations.

Amazing staff. Great on site pool and atmosphere.

Clean room, great pool, free shuttle bus and helpful staff, free mini golf and free welcome drink.
The shuttle bus could do with more times midday/lunch. We were waiting a long time for our dinner and the portion was small.
