Voltaria a me hospedar o hotel fica ao lado da feirinha

A cama era confortável as roupas de cama era boa, mas não tinha nenhuma manta ou edredon no quarto, solicitei mas o hotel somente tinha um cobre leite totalmente duro pra fornecer, o café na manhã era gostoso e variado. Os funcionários são muito educados e prestativos, sempre prontos para ajudar.

A porta do banheiro era de correr e não estava fechando direito, achei que foi mal planejado ficava uma fenda enorme.

Ótima localização. Em frente à praia de Tambaú, perto de lojas centro de artesanatos, quiosques. O hotel muito organizado. O café da manhã maravilhoso com muitas opções. A piscina com água aquecida.

Tudo muito bom. Localização, vista, café da manhã, quarto, funcionários. Tudo muito bom, principalmente o conforto da cama e travesseiro. Fazia tempo que não dormia numa cama tão confortável.

Do movimento ds piscina no andar de cima… é bom verificar o número do quarto antes para não ficar bem embaixo da piscina.

Boa localizacao em Joao Pessoa, hotel precisa de renovacao

Bom cafe da manha e otima localizacao (apesar da praia em frente ao hotel estar poluida durante a minha estadia, tinha um forte cheiro de esgoto). O staff nao era muito simpatico.

O hotel esta um pouco velho e precisa de reformas, e é caro pelo que é.

The area.

The hotel nickel and dime you on everything, A/C didn't work properly the first night , the restaurant didn't replenish their bread options, first night dinner was something I have never seen before. They're no gourmet. Never ate again.i don't recommend to anyone. P.S. .I got sick and asked one of the front desk help to call the Pharmacy so they could deliver the the medicine and was told walk to the pharmacy. SERIOUSLY!!!!!!

EU VOLTO, MENOS NO 5° ANDAR!

pontos positivos: café da manhã, quarto e wc, restaurante que funciona no hotel, bar da piscina. Além da localização.

Ficar no quinto andar é péssimo devido ao barulho do bar da piscina. E a recepção poderia ter o bom senso de autorizar a entrada 15 min antes do check in, a grande maioria dos hotéis faz dessa forma.

Disapointed !

The staff is super friendly and always willing to help and give us advise on where to go

The hotel is not a 4 star hotel, maybe a 2 . The rooms are old and mold even after you open the windows and let the air in. A few days there was no clean towels available in the morning and we had to wait until the end of the day to get one. The bed linens on were clean but stained all over. One day we did not have water due to maintenance which I understand. I really would like to say that it was a pleasant experience because of the staff, but I definitely would not go back .

Great location, great staff, but the internet speed - TERRIBLE!

The staff was very attentive, helpful and extremely friendly. Good breakfast! Excellent location in the city.

The WiFi was essentially useless. I recorded speeds of 2 mbps in the evening which, honestly, in 2022 is completely unacceptable. Since I needed internet to work, I couldn't rely on the hotel's connection and had to go across the street to the boteco to use their internet. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. UPGRADE YOUR INTERNET or do not advertise that you have WiFi. Other family members noted that the bedsheets were very old and yellow, not white.

location is very good! comfortable bed!

recreation area is worst, small pool. Poor breakfast and very small breakfast room. shower with cold water for 4 days bathroom to small. staff need more practice and be more polite.

It’s a nice place but rather for a short break.

The swimming pool is nice. The double bed was great size and comfy. Breakfast was very good as well. Beach is just across the street.

There is no space to dry clothes, swimwear, beach towels.

our room ( room 208 ) had 5 air conditions engines outside our window. was impossible to open the window without to listen their noise. if you have to work with wi-fi put on 5g wifi line. the other is really poor.

We were not given the room we booked and paid for in advance. They clearly knew there was an issue at check-in as there was a flurry of activity surrounding what room we were getting. We did not realize the issue until we got to our room. When I went back to the desk to address it, they confirmed that I had booked a better (full ocean view) room but said they had none left. Their solution was to credit me the equivalent of $8. The room we were given was shabby, immediately adjacent to the communal pool and the bar, and there were people screaming and banging on doors in the hallway until the early hours. The elevators were terrible - the guest one seemed always stuck on one floor and was often occupied by staff. It took 20 minutes to get our car in the morning.

I liked the location and the staff, the bed was really comfortable.

the bathroom wasn’t good at all, zero ventilation and rather small. Due to the lack of a window or vents, the whole bedroom smelled when we used the bathroom.

Excellent!

A fantastic hotel with excellent location in front of the Atlantic Ocean. Superb breakfast, great staff and a nice pool on the roof. My favorite hotel in João Pessoa.

The only thing missing is a gym, but there is a great one (Bluefit) only three minutes walk from the hotel in front of the beach.
