Überraschend gute Unterkunft in zentraler Bahnhofsnähe.

Geräumige, super saubere Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal und sehr gutes Frühstück! Die Nähe zum Bahnhof (2 Gehminuten) und zu 2 Supermärkten war sehr praktisch!

Auch wenn wir ein Zimmer abseits der Straße hatten (vielen Dank, dass der Wunsch soweit berücksichtigt wurde), war ein Schlafen bei offenem Fenster aufgrund der Lüftung (permanentes Gebläse) und der Krähen nicht möglich. Alternativ gibt es aber eine Klimaanlage.

Would not stay here again

The hotel is very close to the main station and easy to find. The breakfast was good with reasonable choices. The staff were friendly.

The bedroom was very plain, no pictures or any decoration to cheer it up. The corridor was the same. It felt very dirty. Others have mentioned the noise of the crows and pigeons which are unavoidable. The bathroom looked pleasant but the shower doors did not hold in any of the water which went all over the bathroom floor. The bed was uncomfortable. The lighting in the room was harsh and not welcoming.

Preis Leistung stimmte.Gute zentrale Lage. Zimmer sehr sauber.Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Gute Betten. Ein toller Aufenthalt. Zu empfehlen.

Die Innenstadt - Fußgängerzone - ist fußläufig schnell erreichbar, der Bahnhof ist gegenüber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist zwar nicht riesig aber ausreichend und gut

Das Hotel verfügt leider über keine eigenen Parkplätz. Allerdings gibt es ein günstiges Parkhaus in der Parallelstraße (Bonifaziustraße). Im 2. UG ist es am günstigsten

Gutes Hotel für einen Kurzurlaub

Zentrale Lage am Hbf Saubere Zimmer Reinigung und Service sehr gut

Lärm weil direkt am Hbf gelegen. Neben der Geräuschkulisse der Menschen am Bahnhof und dem Verkehr, nerven die Krähen auf den Bäumen incl. der ständigen Gefahr von oben mit deren Ausscheidungen getroffen zu werden Das Hotel wiederum ist schon älter, aber voll intakt und gepflegt. Stören tun mich immer die Teppiche im Zimmer…..

Uralt und renovierungsbedürftig, Preis viel zu hoch

Das Hotel ist extrem alt und das Mobiliar auch. Und überall alter Teppichboden. Renovierungsbedürftig hich 10. Selten so eine unbequeme und durchgelegene Matratze in einem Hotel gehabt. Frühstück auch dürftig. Für den Preis eine Frechheit.

Very nice and central

Very central, right across the main train/bus station. Restaurants, supermarkets and tram outside the door. We had a triple room that was very large, airy and had 3 proper beds. Great selection at breakfast! Plenty of choice hot or cold. Great selection of coffees and teas, fresh fruit, vegan options and beautifully buttery scrambled eggs! Lovely friendly staff at reception too!

Because it is so convenient and central it is also a bit noisy. We were there at a hot night and kept the window open for air. Otherwise the windows would have been quite sound proof.

The staff were so friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Above all, it was very clean.

It was right in front of the station, so there were constant trains and buses, and people talking outside until late.

Value for money at the hub of public transport.

Its a old building almost at the hub of Hbf/Bus station. Waling distance from old town and midst of restaurants and other eateries. Good size room, good wifi and quality breakfast (not lavish, as you get what you pay for). No complains as such

Very enjoyable thanks especially to the location of the hotel.

Location excellent, pavement cafe at front of hotel was wonderful (why are we so bad at this in Britain?), breakfast good, room was comfortable and very clean.

Bathroom a bit small, sewer smells outside the back of hotel meant that I had to close the windows.

First time in Mainz and it was amazing. The Hotel and Staff were excellent.

The hotel was very nice. The room for three people was well appointed and it had everything that we needed. The location was very nice. Though it was located close to the Main Train-station of Mainz the room, which faced the train station was still very quiet. We all had good night sleep there. The breakfast was nice and the hotel provided us a list of what we could order, and the staff would bring us what we ordered. The breakfast was very nice and the dining room was immaculate. The hotel also has a restaurant located within it.

There is nothing that comes to mind. Everyone at the hotel provided us with lots of information of what we could see and do.
