The room, location, and building itself are wonderful.

The staff completely ignore requests. We had to request a porter for our room several times upon arrival, then called 3 times for a clean table at breakfast, 3 times for fresh towels to the room (AFTER they had taken our used towels--so they came in, took the towels, and didn't replace them!) But the worst and most inconvenient is that they have a night club that blasts music through the night. We were traveling with young kids and no one got much sleep. When we complained, they did nothing to stop the noise. Unacceptable for the cost and rating of the hotel.

Bon séjour dans l ensemble

Super belle vue, très bel emplacement. Chambre propre lit très confortable.

Le Check in qu a 15h. Pas de transat quand nous somme allez à la piscine. Manque de place au vue du nombre de personnes ds l hôtel . Idem pour le petit déjeuner pas de place pour s asseoir obligé d attendre qu une table se libère.

Worst night in a hotel in my life - disgusting

Some facilities were fine, breakfast looked nice

There was a horrible smell in the room, like a mix between rotten eggs and fish that woke me and my partner up in the night. We had to move room at about 1am and didn't get back to sleep for a few hours. The worst thing is that the staff said they knew it was a problem that occurs sometimes with the room they put me in. Yes, they knew it happened in a 5 star hotel but are so greedy that they still put people in a disgusting smelling room. They were not very apologetic when it happened, but the customer experience person was nicer in the morning. They only have us a £20 discount on a €200 room, I think it should have been much more but I was too tired to argue. Please, if you read this review consider yourself lucky and avoid this at all costs

Moderne Stadt, einen Besuch wert

Abwechslung beim Buffet für jeden etwas dabei, sehr freundliches Personal, zentrale Lage, City Tour in Tanger schnell zu erreichen und unbedingt zu empfehlen die große Tour zur Herkules Grotte und Cap Spartel Lieben Dank an alle Abdelkarim + Ulrike

The receptionist the first day was amazing but then I booked hotel taxi the previous day very early in the morning to catch a flight and there was none the following morning. We also booked early breakfast in the morning and nothing was delivered despite several calls that just wasted our time creating stress

Conference hotel

The rooftop bar, which is a nice place to lounge with a lovely sea view.

Food was poor (it’s a midrange conference hotel, so that’s the level you can expect), and service was downright appalling. Decent for a conference, wouldn’t stay there again privately.

Hotel de lujo que deja mucho que desear en sus servicios

El Buffett del desayuno y la ubicación del hotel

El pulsador donde se mete la tarjeta estaba roto y no encendía y cada vez que entraba en la habitación tenía que llamar a recepción y esperar al técnico, algo increíble en un hotel de 5 estrellas. Por no decir que no pude abrir una cuenta para los gastos en el hotel y tuve que ir pagándolos cada vez que pedía un servicio. Además siendo una cadena hotelera española, motivo único por el que me aloje allí, la mayoría del personal no hablaba español.

Tout était top. Nous avons profité d’un magnifique séjour. Le personnel est très accueillant et disponible. La propreté est irréprochable. Le petit déjeuner excellent. La vue de la chambre ainsi que toutes les autres vues sont juste magnifiques. Merci pour ce beau séjour. Je vous recommande fortement cet hôtel vous ne regretterez pas

Best solo holiday ever and would highly recommend, Barceló hotels and resorts are the best!

Amazing property with magnificent views of the seaside which is value for money. Najat is an awesome house keeper made sure my room was cleaned up everyday and so tidy. Sara at the restaurant was so kind and polite and all the other staff are amazing and friendly they made me feel at home. I will definitely come again plus the gym and spa are the best 🙌🏽

It rained so there were small puddles at the balcony but not a big deal I still enjoyed sitting outside

Bitter sweet stay- excellent hotel but shame about the discriminatory policy.

The breakfast was great, loads of variety and the location, although very busy was safe and in the heart of the city centre. Great room view too…

I didn’t like the fact that visual Muslim women (myself) was told that I wouldn’t be allowed to use the roof top. I was told that non visual Muslim women are allowed and men also but anybody wearing a hijab were not. This is very common in Morocco. Discrimination in hotels needs to be made clear when booking, and not after the payment have been made so that we can make an informed decision.

A nice hotel to stay in tanger

It was really nice honestly I loved the signature scent of the hotel and the rooms. It was close to the beach and other places but was just a bit hard to Locate first few days of my stay

The service at the reception could be a bit slow sometimes and the breakfast gets really crowded but overall the staffs are nice and the hotel is a good stay

Good but not worthy of 5 stars

Good location and breakfast, clean room and hotel smells good.

It’s overpriced it’s not worthy at all, it’s just a 3 stars hotel, especially the pool area it’s like a residential complex and not a 5 stars hotel. The TV is not smart so you can’t play youtube or netflix, also we didn’t find blankets in the room and there is no prayer mat

Would return to on my next visit to Tangier

Great location, right in front of the beach. A short walk from the medina. Room was very stylish with modern features - particularly liked the reading lights in the headboard. The views from the rooftop bar were fantastic.

5 Star hotel, definitely coming back

the hotel is beautifully decorated and designed, everything is modern and new. the staff were excellent, very clean. i thought the breakfast was really good, lots of options. the food in restaurant nice and the location on seafront great. rooftop bar and pool incredible, great views

Saturday night was quite noisy, lots of traffic, cars beeping early hours in the morning so that did wake me up, but the other nights were fine

Great location, just in front of the beach

The bed was very comfy and huge. Unfortunately there was no mattress protector :-( The view from the balcony was stunning. The bar on the rooftop is a plus

Definitely not a traditional Riad hotel. The area is very touristy and completely different from the Medina vibe. Good hotel for a business trip. It is very modern, but lacking some warmth

Hotel facing the sea, very close to the marina well renovated room. Smiling and welcoming staff. Excellent quality and well managed breakfast buffet. Beautiful and large Swimming pool downstairs. The sea view from the Buffet restaurant is magnificent...

We would have liked to take half board with a reasonable price. Breakfast and dinner not available on site.
