Everything was more than excellent, especially the reception and the Egyptian chef's breakfast

One of the best hotels I have ever been. Kids keep asking every year to come back. Fantastic location too.. lots to do in Solden and then time to enjoy the facilities.
Great people helping with everything. Mega nice people in the restaurant and helping with breakfast.
Breakfast is simply amazing
Nothing, simply the best :)

beautifully clean, stylish hotel with great facilities. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which we were very happy with - nice views of the mountains and big bathrooms with powerful showers. The dining area was lovely and the breakfast was fantastic. the pool area….wow! We all loved how beautiful the pool was - it’s so warm and then when you go outside the combination of the cool air and the warm water is great. Spotlessly clean.
The staff is amazing. When we arrived we didn’t have any of that faffing about you often get with filling in forms and signing everything. They took our passports to copy and that was that. Next thing you know our bags had already been taken to our rooms and they offered to buy our ski passes for us and bring them to dinner - saved us messing about with buying them in the morning. The staff recognised us around the hotel and were so friendly but not over bearing.
It’s all really great - we couldn’t complain about anything.

Absolutely outstanding breakfast - everything and then some . Also a divine afternoon snack table from 2 to 5 with cakes, coffee, tea, cooler drinks and small savoury snacks.
There is also a pool that is heated and is both inside and outside .
The rooms are modern chalet style and have enough cupboards and drawers . If you are in the suites with kitchenettes do not stay in a room on the outside as you will hear people walking past . We were in room 101 which was perfect .
It’s right near the ski lift so you really only have to walk 5 minutes from the hotel . The hotel is not on the main road - this is a bonus - as it is a very busy and very noisy road .
Their gluten free food choice was disappointing . There was nothing on display at breakfast , you had to ask . And when you did get it they over microwaved the rolls so they wet rock hard .

Absolutely everything. the property was so well designed and thought out both on the outside and inside. Everything was easy to access and the beautiful central lounge was a lovely place to relax, enjoy afternoon snacks and play a game of chess.
There was nothing we didn’t like.

Dinner is served very slowly. Waiting too long between dishes
The menu is the same for the whole week which narrows down the choice

It’s a stunning hotel in a fantastic location close to key amenities but also very quiet. The gondola is only 5 minutes walk away, and the facilities for storing your skiing equipment are excellent. We had a fabulous time and we’re made to feel very welcome by the staff - will definitely go again.

Everything is of top quality. The food is lovely. The rooms are very comfortable. Private lockers for skis etc and you can walk to main Gondola is 3/4 mins, where rentals and shops are. centre of town is 10 mins walk. Staff are so helpful. Just perfect.
Rooms can get too hot in the night even when heating is switched off.

I like the welcome sweet and staff was explaining everything and helpful,,, they finish the laundry in the same day,, also, they give us in the check out water and sweets…. Their breakfast so yummy.. also the best thing that there is a free coffee and drinks with sweets everyday from 1 pm to 5 pm
There is no kids club or kids pool,,, the restaurant that I ate with my family for dinner was not that good ,, the menu need to be with more options especially for kids.

Perfect place where to stay in Sölden! Stylish hotel, with great location, comfortable rooms, sauna, swimming pool, really helpful and friendly workers. We was really happy to stay there!

Fantastic place. Great breakfast, facilities are top. EV chargers also in place with no free charging, something I dont find very often.
Free coffee and cakes everyday from 2-5, which is great after spending morning in the mountains, kids loved it.
Fantastic indoor and outdoor pool, connected
Apartment was simply perfect, nice terrace, two rooms, two baths
Location ideal, just a few minutes walk from cable car. Lots to do: biking, downhill biking, hiking and nice visits to the glacier etc....great for kids.
Super friendly staff also makes your stay even better, all of them!
we will come back
nothing
