The location was good, easy to find. Very nice and positive staff, smiling and friendly.
Pool water was so warm, jacuzzi was really hot.
It was cold outside but the hotel had central heating which was on, and it was so warm in the rooms.
Near to hotel you can find good restaurants to eat delicious Rhodhopi meal.
It was our first trip with our doggy, and we like it.
Food, it was almost same thing every day. Food was not tasty, so we had to order additionally from the menu for us. For half board and all inclusive no drinks were included. Drinks were overpriced.
Only pool was working but not other spa facilities. I book massage, and had to wait 15 min for the room to be heated, otherwise the massage itself was really good.
Additional bed for kids were uncomfortable, even we had apartment. My daughter asked to mention beds so much uncomfortable, so hotel takes some measurements.

The staff was very polite, the room was big and tidy.
The spa center was old and didn't look very clean. Some of the food in the restaurant was not so fresh.

Pillows should be better

The reception staff were great.
- No strong WiFi in the rooms/hotel
- Strong smell of chlorine in the Spa pools
- Small variety of dinner and breakfast (low quality foods).
- The hotel in general requires renovation
4.5
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It made our stay in the hotel a real pleasure. The restaurant was wonderful and the food- traditional and very tasty.
The building is very good situated and planned, but needs to be regularly maintained to stay in good condition. The apartment was large and comfortable, but needs small repairs and better cleaning to stay in good condition.

Great location.
Good size room and facilities

There was a big group of children during our stay. They were extremely loud and rude. It is not the hotel's fault that the kids were horrendous, but it was very unpleasant stay.
3.5
The staff was friendly and the price was ok.
We got an apartment and it was huge with 2 balconys, alot of space and good view
The pool facility looks a bit dated but its still ok. On the weekends there are alot of people but during the week its was great
3.0
The staff are professional and very kind. The hotel is very warm. The location and the views are excellent.
The facilities and the overall condition of the rooms were not 4 star. The spa becomes overcrowded on Fridays and Saturdays. The breakfast is nice but the restaurant dishes are not great.
And better bring pillows.
5.0
Everything except for the pillows :) Clean rooms, friendly staff, great location. And the hotel is dog friendly!
The pillows. Very uncomfortable.

Omg where do I start, Rosa on the reception was absolutely amazing, with my little Bulgarian and her little English we managed. The young lady in the gift shop was lovely. All the staff we're extremely polite. The food, plenty of choice and tasted yummy, we had breakfast and dinner in the hotel. We also had a massage which was exceptional, the lady was fabulous (highly recommend). Overall great 👍 oh and plenty of parking available.
Wifi didn't work in the room :-(
Pillows weren't great
