We enjoyed every minute and we have booked another stay so that says it all.

Staff made us welcome from the time we arrived. They couldent have been nicer. The same in the morning, the breakfst was excellent and the room clean and nice. Parking plenty of and excellent.

I confirmed my booking and that I would be late checking in (11pm) on the phone during the day only to still have negative remarks made by bar man that I’m late. Next morning I just had to leave after waiting more than 20 min for breakfast and told the desk staff this is disgraceful. He said the kitchen is backed up. Well I could have been told when sitting down. Maybe I could have just had cereal or toast.

Overall our stay was very pleasant and reasonably priced.

The staff were very attentive and helpful. The food was first class. The reception, hallways and dining room/bar were very pleasant and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a pleasant temperature. Water was hot and plentiful.

Room 120 was warm and comfortable but is in need of updating to match the rest of the areas that we saw. Maybe it's on the waiting list for redecoration. The bedroom was clean and tidy but very .....beige. Some brighter accessories would make a great difference. The wardrobe and bedside cabinets had been upcycled with a bit of paint but are looking tatty. The bathroom grouting was mouldy looking in some places and there was only one plug for both bath and sink. The shower curtain is on an expandable rod which tended to fall down at the least provocation! As with many hotels, there wasn't enough milk and sugar provided with the tea making facilities.

A lovely break in Roscommon in a very nice hotel that has everything to offer.

Well located, staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Great food.

Good location. Quick check in/out.

Remote control in the room didn't work. The shower's temperature was boiling hot and unusable. Shower head could not be repositioned and splashed water all over the bathroom.

Friendly staff

Lovely clean hotel very helpful and very friendly staff. The food was very nice and reasonable priced . Plenty of free parking too.

The room was cold. The heating seemed to be on a timer. There was no heat in the toilet/ bathroom.
