Très bonne surprise, emplacement idéal, bonne chambre

l'emplacement de l'hôtel face a la gare, parking juste à côté avec réduction associée pour la nuit. Le standing de l'hôtel et des chambres pour un 2 étoiles. Bon lit avec literie agréable. le calme malgré la situation. Chambre 12m2 taille agréable. Petit déjeuner à 11e plutôt complet.

Le ménage pourrait être un peu mieux fait ( sèche serviette sale)

Die Gutschrift für das parkieren in der Parkgarage funktionierte perfekt und ist gut gelöst. Vielfältiges und ansprechendes Frühstücksbuffet in einem gemütlich eingerichtetem Raum. Bad, Toilette, Betten & Zimmer waren sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Die Bäckerei im Parterre des Hotels war für die Zwischen-Verpflegung praktisch.

Vor dem Hotel hatte es leider keine Parkfelder die benützt werden konnten für das Einchecken, alles war besetzt. Das parkieren in der Parkgarage war eng.

Good old fashioned place to stay in the centre of Annecy. Some problems with our credit cards.

Old fashioned hotel in central position. Friendly staff.

They refused to accept my credit card to guarantee the booking. Eventually they accepted my husband’s card. They took 50 euro deposit from it and did not return it until a week after we left. They would not let us use the 50 euros as part of our payment for the room.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Des Alpes. It was fantastic value for money and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also great value for money and really nice, with a good selection of patisserie, bread, preserves and eggs. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and cozy hotel. Location excellent. Situated opposite the station. Walking distance to the old town and lake. Very friendly staff. Nice restaurant across the street and there is a bakery near the hotel.

Woken up at 1am buy the heater in the en-suite coming on! Very noisy and couldn't see how to switch it off!! Had to call reception who came and eventually turned it off. This was pointed out to the receptionist who didn't apologize and offered no compensation for our inconvenience.

Good location, bad internet and uncomfortable parking

Location is perfect - only 5m walk from Railway Station of Annecy. A lot of places for breakfast and dinner around. Ancient city center is available by walk.

Breakfast is very expensive. Parking is too complicated - actually they give you a ticket to city undergroud parking from 19h to 7h. All the time between you need to pay yourself. and the parking locates in 10 min walk from hotel, which is not very practical. They do not have elevator - you need to go up by stairs with all your luggage. Wifi connection is terrible.

A small hotel near the train station. Very good location. Nice rooms. Amazing and friendly reception staff [thanks to Sarah for her help and advices] Elevator to make it easier to get to the floor with luggage. Nice bathroom. There are towels and shower gel. and you can leave your luggage in special room after check out.

For two days I lived in a room on the 4th floor and the Internet was not working well

Location of hotel is convenient to access most of the sights by foot. Breakfast spread is sufficient and met our needs. Room heating is also warm enough for our comfort.

almost perfect for a short Annecy stay.

The rooms were very nicely renovated with new fittings and fixtures in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the location perfect for access to train and bus, and exploring the town.

We found the room a little too warm (even for winter conditions) and had to leave external door open at times to cool it down. The lift was out if order so lots of stairs.

No lift on the first floor and my mom is disabled (still able to do some stairs but barely). So that made coming and going difficult
