Un séjour paisible dans un immeuble magnifiquement situé

L'endroit est magnifique. On ne nous a pas donné de chambre dans l'hôtel, mais dans une annexe de l'autre côté de la rue. Malgré tout, l'annexe était un joli bâtiment et très confortable. Très bon petit déjeuner pour bien commencer la journée.

A notre arrivée, l'homme barbu qui nous a accueillis n'était pas très aimable, ce qui était déconcertant et ne constituait pas un bon début de vacances. Cependant, le reste du personnel était extraordinairement amical et serviable.

Mycket bra frukost. Trångt där man hämtade maten.

Sängen för stor för det lilla rummet, önskvärt åtminstone en stol i rummet. Mycket brant trappa upp till rummet.

Well located and very comfortable.

Great location. Handy for the ferry and old town.

Front desk reception pretty grumpy. Bar in which to use discount was not apparent/open.

Väldigt bra läge men jobbiga byggnader.

Läget, personalen. Stort badrum och rymligt rum.

Lite svårt att hitta, branta trappor därav svårt med mycket bagage. Medioker frukost.

Stunning apartment but don't expect to get much sleep

Beautiful, comfortable, well equipped apartment. Very spacious. Great breakfast included in rate and taken in the hotel. Easy and quick to walk to from ferry. Central to Visby.

The noise from the bars /nightclubs in the street 2 floors below. Dreadful. Goes on until after 2am and gets even louder at weekend. This area of Visby appears to be party town . If you're not a party animal, between age of 16 and 30, best avoided. Also badly designed headboard in main bedroom. Looks great but very easy to bang your head on.

Great for a weekend escape in central Visby

Super central location Stayed at the newly renovated building next to the hotel which offered very nice and spacious rooms The terrace is great for enjoying the sun and some food and drinks

Great location and quaint area. Try not to book the 2 bedroom apt on the top floor

Excellent location and friendly staff

No parking, apartment was located on a very high floor and only steps to get there. We had lots of heavy luggage. No air conditioning, which is typical for these locations, but it was very hard to sleep, because the church bell rings every hour on the hour, and you must have your windows open in order to have any airflow. Also, beds are very Hard and uncomfortable.

Extremely pleasant stay in the middle of the old city of Visby!

I can only recommend a stay in the Donners Hotel, placed in a very nice area inside the wall ring and close to all attractions café and restaurants within walking distance. We got an upgrade to the three bedrooms apartment for free, and everything in the apartment was just perfect! The breakfast was excellent, a big buffet with both savory and sweet options. We had such a great time!

A little bit more information (we did not get the password for the WiFi) and some suggestions on the city's attractions and events at the reception would be nice. The pillows could have been more comfortable.

Great night porter with vast knowledge about the island and things to do. Exceptionally friendly as well. You felt really welcome.

Hard to find things to not like but the paint work needs some hands here and there and some more sockets for electrical appliances would be nice

Very good

The total feel of the place, the rooms and common areas where great. The double beds where comfy and we enjoyed our stay.

We had to change room for our last night because we prelonged our stay. We got two single beds which wasn't that good. They where too soft and unsturdy. We also heard people out in the corrridor very well. Those are my only complaints.

Great location and everything that you need

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good as you didn't have to book a time slot and it was help yourself buffet covering lots of different options and allergies and quite a wide time frame. Netflix on the TV. Location nice being near the sea and some lovely shops, also a lovely sauna and relaxation pool in the clarion hotel that is right next to this one.

A wonderful home away from home in Visby!

The 1 bedroom apartment 901 was just beautiful from the moment we opened the door we were thrilled. Great washer/dryer and fully equipped kitchen, and seating for 6-8. Very comfortable beds and huge windows that open for a sea breeze. Great breakfast with lots of choice, fruit, veg, meat, cheese, yogurts, cereals, bread and pastries. Superb location inside the wall, close to the ferry and all sights. Staff just great 👍.

A truly enjoyable wonderful stay.

Location was perfect light in the apartment was beautiful, The beds were comfortable but pillows could be better quality.. The bathroom was perfect washer and dryer worked wonderfully.. they thought of almost everything..

The room was on the first floor so very close to the street and right above two restaurants so the smell of food , cigarettes and the noise was a bit disturbing it was warm outside I couldn’t keep the windows open if I wanted to go to bed at 11 o’clock . I would not recommend this room to people who have small children. The only things that were missing was dishwashing liquid and detergent for the washing machine and to make it perfect maybe a toaster.. they should add 10 more hangers…

Great apartment but with couple issues

The apartment is in a really good position and quite cheap. It is also very nice and spacious with a great view.

It was not really clean, there were clumps of dust and hair on the floor as well as sand (it has supposedly just been cleaned since we met the cleaning lady when we went in) The window in one of the bedrooms was broken so it could not be locked and it was a problem since there is a bar downstairs playing loud music until late in the night, making it impossible to sleep until they turn it off. I told the receptionist about these issues and she took notice without really offering any solution or benefit for the disturbance.
