Overall, we liked our stay in Pavilions, next time, most likely, we will stay there again.

Room was spacious, clean and nice, access to the pool from the terrace definitely was a feature of this room, very convenient. Breakfast was excellent.

Maybe, staff need to clean the pool more often, there were lots of leaves almost all the time, rather than that everything went nice and smooth.

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Mooie en ruime kamer met mooi uitzicht. Van hieruit zeer kort bij de bezienswaardigheden, op scooterafstand

Te weinig ligstoelen op het strand. Strand is iets moeilijker bereikbaar voor minder mobiele mensen. Omwille van de vele trappen

hotel need good management, they just thinking about making money

staff was friendly and room size was good and also had private beach

breakfast was Repetitious, lift was too slow , Wi-Fi was horrible , pool management was very bad all the time the bed with canopy was full even I went early morning around 5.30 am but still was reserved by someone it’s not just one place all around. kitchen staff in the morning all the time checked your hand bag to not take any food from restaurant (bad behavior) . in the reservation asked to pay for scales if want to use it , the room needs to renovate was too old .

The room cleaning staff were very good.

Lifts were unacceptably poor. Conditions at breakfast were bad with poor food selection. It was a long walk to the beach down many steps. The front desk and concierge staff were extremely unhelpful.

Good facilities but tiny crowded beach...

The breakfeast, the view, large confortable bedroom, good bed

Crowed tiny beach, even waking at 7a.m. all the chairs were taken ... but empty... (very strange); most of the staff, in particular those on the front desk, couldn't speak english and used an app; In addition, we realized that Pattaya in general and this hotel in specific are a russian hub in asia (all the information of the hotel was written in two languages: english and russian or thai and russian...), which is somewhat unconfortable given the current state of affairs...

Soo busy...

Rooms were good size and cleaners came daily.

It was so crowded and filled with Russians. The breakfast was always busy and rarely pool chairs available. The wifi was a NIGHTMARE and you had to keep logging in and out constantly. I even had to get up in middle of the night to work as wifi so throttled in day.

The location, Breakfast and Private beach are good

the location is good and accessible. It is private beach so if you don't want to go through so many people with traffic area around the Center part this is the best choice.

the facilities are bit old . There are lots of things that didn't work out like leakage of bidet and blocked lavatory.

Good value for the money.

Beachfront and the pool area was huge. Breakfast was great! staff were very nice and friendly.

Our room was situated right in front of the construction site, which destroys the sea view. Also there was one evening where the room next to us were making loud noises while drinking that I had to call in the front desk twice.
