Fast wie aus dem Bilderbuch

Wunderschöne, max. 2-stōckige Anlage um einen Pool. Sehr geschmackvolle Bauweise. Große Terrasse mit Sonnenschirm, Tisch, Stühlen - perfekt für ein chilliges Frühstück. Zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder, sehr geräumig. Großer Kühlschrank. Reichlich Liegen vorhanden. Parken problemlos. Sehr freundliches Personal. - Würden wir wieder buchen, klare Empfehlung. :)

Sofas im Wohnzimmer leider durchgesessen und dadurch etwas unbequem.

Superbe mais pas pour dormir

Gentillesse du personnel Résidence bien aménagée, belle piscine, beau potentiel Facilité de stationnement Supérette à 800m

Les lits dans le séjour qui sont des lits de camp de mauvais qualité (mon fils de 17 ans a préféré dormir par terre pendant une semaine ) Les lits de la chambre qui sont durs La climatisation qui rafraîchit que la chambre et pas la pièce principale. Attention également la climatisation est payante. Il faut mettre des pièces de 1 ou 2 euros. Donc les prévoir. Nous sommes restés 2 jours sans climatisation avec plus de 30°c dans la chambre car premier jour pas de monnaie et 2eme nuit le monnayeur ne fonctionnait pas. La réparation a été pas contre rapide dès le lendemain. La salle de bains WC nécessite de passer par la chambre donc pas terrible pour la tranquillité Les appartements sont très différents puisque certains sont en rez-de-chaussée avec une grande terrasse mais donne sur un endroit calme ou sur la piscine, les autres sont au premier étage avec soit une grande terrasse ou un petit balcon pour 2 voir 3 avec sa chaise en déséquilibre. Proximité d'un élevage de chèvre d'où des odeurs et des mouches. L'attribution de la note est difficile car il y a de quoi faire un superbe lieu d'accueil, et le personnel rencontré semble œuvrer dans ce sens mais la médiocrité de la literie notamment et le manque de clim en été est rédhibitoire pour un établissement où l'on va avant tout pour dormir.

Very nice stay apart from the missing A/C in living area

Excellent location, pool and excess, big thumbs up for the car garage

No A/Cs in the living area, An umbrella in the front terrace will be nice.

Very enjoyable, would stay here again.

Lovely location, handy underground parking for rental car and a generally laid back feel.

A/C in the bedroom was nice but could do with an A/C Outlet in the main room rather than just a ceiling fan.

Wonderful time with my family...

The pool area is beautiful. The staff were really helpful.

The beds were not that comfortable, and we had an apartment on the second level with a small balcony. We would have appreciated a large space like the ones that were on the ground level. At least, prior to booking, it could have been mentioned that second floor apartments have a small balcony.

Aufenthalt Anfang Mai 2024 für 5 Nächte; Pro: - viele Katzen auf dem Gelände - sehr ruhige Lage, außerhalb des Trubels - kostenfreie Parkplätze inkl Tiefgarage - Personal sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - Pool mit Liegen - mediterraner Flair - Nähe Bushaltestelle - Nähe Kirche Ta Pinu - Gemeinschaftswaschmaschine Im Keller - Appartements mit Balkon oder Terrasse - Küche gut ausgestattet - Kapselmaschine für Kaffee - Filterbehälter für Kaffee vorhanden Kontra: - Elektrik veraltet in den Appartements (vorsichtig: !!! Stromschlag Gefahr an Steckdosen) - Klappbetten sehr unbequem in Wohnbereich - Betten im Schlafbereich sehr hart - Steckdosen -> Adapter mitnehmen oder bei Rezeption erfragen (keine deutschen Anschlüsse) - kein Föhn - Wasserboiler im Bad - Gasherd - Tv's 👎 - kein only adults "Hotel" - Selbstverpflegung - wenig bis keine Kleiderhaken - Mülltüten und Toilettenpapier werden nicht nachgefüllt -> entweder erfragen oder selbst kaufen - Mietwagen zwingend notwendig für max. Flexibilität

The atmosphere was excellent..Found everything needed in the kitchen..very quiet and peaceful, great place to relax.

Whenever we sat on the sofa everyone was itching..probably needs a very good clean.. The one who used it most finished at the doctor..

Good

It is a very quiet place, it's for people who want to escape from the city's everyday life. The kitchen has almost everything you need. You just gonna need supplies to cook the food you want.

You have to put 1€ or 2€ coins (depending on how you need to use)to have air-conditioning and to cook your food for a certain amount of time. The supermarkets are far away. You'll need to bring or order water... A lot of water.

Lovely stay on a beautiful island !

Quiet location, huge apartment, pretty setting , huge terrace next to pool, good communication from letting agency, supermarket nearby , easy to get to all attractions in Gozo but you must have a car.

Unheated cold pool, furnishings, kitchens and bathrooms need updating but this reflects in the price and I believe this is due to be done soon

After all we liked this very relaxing place.

Great terrace and pool area. Spacious rooms, quite well equipped kitchen.

Laudry was catastrophic without proper instructions everyone misused it amd it was way overpriced. 4th night of our stay one of the bedrooms was suddenly full of sand flies, hundreds of bites during that night. Gasoven instructions might be also useful since some clients have never used gas appliances.

Quiet and peaceful. Outside areas kept good.

No pets allowed. The place is full of stray cats, counted about 11. I love animals and asked if I could take a bird. The reply was NO. I can understand but I cannot understand when we took our food on the outside table we were invaded by these cats. Another thing that I didn't like is the mattresses. You can feel the springs in your back or whichever position you turn. The first 2 nights merely had any sleep at all.

Beautiful quiet location, perfect for a relaxing family holiday. We had a hire car, but we did see busses around.

good location, private, good size beds, every room in the apartment have own bathroom.

very good location, private. beds comfortable, lots of pillows, spacious, nice extra balcony to have breakfast or dinner there with family. Local modern shop 10 min walk, Victoria center 2,6 km by walk 25 min.

There are local cats and quite annoing sometimes but we managed well :) Just do not feed them, they continiously come back then.

A great stay with exceptional views of Gordan Lighthouse!

Quiet and peaceful, a great break from everyday life - the location of the premises couldn’t have been better, with a short walk away from a daily convenience store. The cats made it that little bit more charming (and very friendly!) Joe replaced a faulty TV within minutes and staff very warm and welcoming - couldn’t have experienced a better stay! If you’re seeking accommodation without the hustle and bustle of a hotel with great views, look no further. Keep it up - we’ll be back :)

probably much better in Summer

Very convenient location as was right near family and apartments are in beautiful setting with the pool and palm trees and the apartments are nice from the initial entrance. the facilities in the kitchen we largely ok and the seating area was comfortable. I suspect if I had visited in summer I would have liked it and enjoyed a swim too but this was family visit.

The apartments are made for summer visits and I was freezing and took a chill and now have a cold. As a single women visiting family was placed at the back by myself in dimly lit part and it was somewhat daunting. The shower wasn’t fitted right, so it was a work out holding it away but still getting clean at the same time. The toaster only toasted half of the bread and did I mention the cold? The bedding was lumpy, very uncomfortable and needs updating. I didn’t meet a soul or speak to anyone the entire time I was there it was very surreal to be honest. it’s a shame as I was testing out the place to be a regular booking to bring my daughters whilst visiting my grandparents. Just was missing a little love and personal touch.

Pleasant

The location is superb and very quiet. The pool area is amazing. Safe underground parking and no parking issue on the street.

It needs an overall renovation especially the kitchen which is old. Few equipment, old and dirty.
