FEEL LIKE HOME

Even if the story begins in 2021, Barry and Sigrid have managed to transform this guesthouse from an ordinary one into one where you can feel at home in a very short time. The guesthouse is located in a green, quiet area with easy access to the city's sights. The courtyard is superbly arranged with places where you can drink your coffee or even have breakfast. Breakfast includes many things home made by Sigrid, here I can mention the yogurt, black bread, banana bread, smoothie, apple pie, cake etc etc. In addition to all this, both in the room and in the dining area, there is coffee whenever you need it, at the same time you can find fruits taken from the locals, the apples are delicious... all this is offered for free. There is a free parking space which is a big plus, also in the vicinity you have easy access to public transport. The room I stayed in had a view of the inner courtyard with a balcony where you can enjoy a drink in peace. The room facilities are exactly what you need and I am sure that in a short time Barry will transform these rooms in the most beautiful way. Thank you Barry and Sigrid for everything you have given us and I hope to see you again ... good luck with this project.

We hade a very nice stay at Kitty with friendly hosts Barry and Sigrid with a marvellous breakfast with, among other things, homemade bread, homemade yougurt and homemade smoothies. Thank You!

Great place to stay. Very friendly and helpful owner, great breakfast. The room was very clean. Everything is done with love and care for guests.

We traveled in the winter, and the room was a little chilly.

Short summer stay

The breakfast was the best I've eaten in my lifetime of travels! The family bakes the bread for the guests, but not only that - they even make fresh smoothies and cupcakes every morning. It was amazing. Vast choice of food and drinks and the hospitality of owners is outstanding. Very clean and fresh room, silent location. We enjoyed our stay.

The hosts were really friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and well-equipped - excellent!

Breakfast was amazing - home baked bread and cakes, fresh fruit smoothies, excellent home made preserves and fabulous coffee! The location is good - very quiet and peaceful but not too far from the High Street with all its amenities.

Maybe more areas to sit in the garden?

Friendly hosts, good value for money

Friendly and kind host that saw to all our needs (breakfast, bike rental, wörthersee card). Location was good near the main street and the lake.

Walls were quite so we were able hear through them, which doesn't help if one is light sleeper - we were able to hear through the breakfast room and the train passing as it is located directly next to the building

We only needed a place for an overnight, but this place is really nice and cozy. We would have gladly stayed few extra days. Helpful and friendly host. Very nice garden, clean place, breakfast limited, but of very good value. Home made yogurt first class. Near the train station, so you can easily move around the lake and to the city without the hustle of parking.

It is just a lovely place very close to the Wörthersee (with public access). Barry and Siegried live there with their kids and are exceptionally friendly; you get a certain family feeling around you. breakfast is really good, with a diverse offer and many homemade dishes like bread, smoothies, etc. We stayed in a newly refurbished room which had everything we needed including a small balcony. I highly recommend a stay to everyone who is planning a trip to Corinthia. You will enjoy it.

Cozy and we felt like home.

The owners are exceptionally nice and it feels like home being there. Very close to the train station, nice short walk towards the lake, quiet place to stay and breakfasts are amazing. Very unique, beautiful spot. Definitely coming back. :)

We had relaxing and lovely stay at Pension Kitty.

Breakfast was really good - it really exceeded our expectations which were high already before our stay. Location was beautiful and it was easy to get there by car. Barry and Sigrid were both really welcoming, friendly and helpful with everything. Our room was nice and clean and the bed was super comfortable!

Everything were better than we expected, so nothing to complain about.

Perfect place near Wörthersee

Cute little place near the Wörthersee. The rooms have all you need, I especially enjoyed the private balcony and extensive Nespresso collection (they provide all kinds of flavours). The owners are super kind, they even provided me with a lift to the station. The breakfast is the best I’ve had in Austria and freshly bakes goodies may be available in the afternoon (for Dutch people: the owners are Dutch so there may be freshly baked Dutch apple pie!) You can also use bikes. Highly recommended!

It was amazing.

We did not expect as a good place. Very clean, relaxed, with comfortable rooms, amazing garden with a lot of places to sit. Great breakfast and great hosts.

Very familiar atmosphere. Wonderful hosts, wonderful place 🙂 Excellent breakfast. I felt not only full of beans, but also full of eggs 😉 Specials such as kind messages on the breakfast grub boxes, wishing a nice day or saying thank U for staying.
