A good choice

Very nice and helpful staff. The family room was actually two seperate rooms sharing the bathroom. The location was great.

Location was great; Staff was nice; Facilities were nice

Breakfast was nothing special. The supplies - the extremely small bar of soap, plastic cup for the bathroom, were typical of a much lower quality hotel.

The building looks a little dated but if you get a room facing the lake, you will be happy.

Lakeside room with balcony that was excellent. Huge room on the corner and we could get a cross breeze.

Lakeside charm

Great location. Many restaurants and good sights nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also great! The receptionist helped us very effectively with the permit for the Limited Traffic Zone.

Exceptional

Perfect central location to jump onto the ferry and have dinner in the evenings. Short walk to the train station. Great breakfast. Very clean!

Value for money and excellent service provided by a very friendly and attentive team of people

Very good location facing the lake. When booking it would be good to opt for the lake facing room as the other rooms do not have much of a view. Breakfast is simple. The hotel staff, especially Iulia/Julia were very helpful, attentive and friendly. Iulia gave excellent recommendations on places to eat, visit etc.

It would be good for the hotel to cater for vegetarians/vegans as part of their breakfast offerings.

Great location and value, though in need of renovation

The location was super, with rooms on the front overlooking the lake. The staff were very friendly and helpful

In general the property is "tired" and on need of a makeover. The curtain in our room had fallen off it's track and could not be closed

Family owned and well run. Clean and well located.

Family owned - very accommodating and helpful. The hotel is central to the town and ferry.

parking is tricky. it’s in a no car zone. one can drop off bags then use paid parking.

Excellent owners and perfect location. Nice!

The staff and ovners are execellent, especially Elena, Raphael and Patricia . Elena did her best to help with everything. Patricia always had a smile to give when she derved us very good breakfast.

To few power outlets in the room and none in the bathroom for electrical hairstylers. No Parking in the center and difficult to find close by. The hotel gives you a free parking ticket to put in your car-window.

Very old style hotel

The staff was very nice and friendly, . The position of the hotel is just opposite the lake, nice to walk to bars and restaurants.

the single room unfortunately was very old and small, you couldn't even move inside, no light, the carpet maybe from the '80, looks very dirty but I believeis just old. The toilet was ok

Great location to wake up in the morning. Hotel needs a proper renovation.

Rooms really need renovation. They are very small with 80's style bathroom (also very small). No parking options.

Nice stay at the lakeshore

It has a nice location, it is close to everything, I could be quite spontaneous with my walks thank to this. The breakfast was nice and the staff is very kind and helpful.

The bed mattress may have needed a change, and the shower was very thin.

Great place, a little loud

Everything was very good, including room, COVID-related safety measures and breakfast. Staff was always very nice and welcoming.

Just a head's up that the place is very loud. Because the hotel is right on the main square and lakeside, there are a lot of people laughing and singing all the time, and it always feel like they are just outside your window. And in the mornings, the street cleaner went by and in the room it felt like being in front of an airplane! But it's the price you pay for the location :-)
