Domachini i lokacija su nam bili najbolji izbor do sada.🤍

Pet friendly, quiet location but within walking distance of the central train station. Room was comfy and clean, staff gave us a lovely welcome.

Great location, nice staff, warm room

a modest sized room and bathroom looking out over the pool in a quiet part of the city. There is a tea/coffee making room at the end of the corridor. A good place to stay.

Very nice staff. Nice terrace with swimming pool, where you can drink a coffe. In this hotel is also a small gym, jacuzzi, and common kitchen.
In The past it was for sure a beautiful place but today it has to be renovate.

The hotel is in a quiet street. You can park your car outside or in the nearby streets. It has a teracce & a swimming pool. The badroom had a bad and is quite roomy. It's located not far from the major touristic attractions, which can easily be walked to.

Very kind and hospitable reception, very clean room and bed, good bed, sufficient closet space, very good air conditioning, bathroom tight but very clean, socket on both sides of the bed, refrigerator available (makes noise with cooling), desk with chair, bedside tables, well-functioning wifi, you can use a fitness room and a kitchen. You can go in all directions with trolley bus 41 (stop at a 10-minute walk). Very nice pool in the garden. Supermarket Maxi is very close so we enjoyed our own lunch at the pool.
No space to store suitcases, very good air conditioning, no soap to shower in the bathroom, overdue maintenance, beds are not made up daily, no breakfast available (this was not mentioned when we booked). No elevator.

It is down a street and then down another street off the main road so felt a bit out of the way arriving at night. However if you want to be in that area of the city it is a good location, and a ten minute walk will take you to the bus stops - however I think you may need to buy a Bus Plus card in advance, I don't think there is anywhere nearby to buy them and not sure if you can pay with cards on Belgrade buses. Public transport didn't work for my journey after meetings in the centre because it was the slava (St's day) of Belgrade, but going back into the city worked ok. I was able to park on the very narrow street in front of the property. I was in a large room (family sized) one door down from the reception entrance. Yes it overlooked the railway tracks (also the pool but I didn't manage to use that or find the entrance) but it was quiet. I arrived very late and staff arranged for me to get in. They spoke a little English which was helpful for me as I don't speak Serbian. I also was able to use the small balcony to have tea.
The room was a bit dated but absolutely fine.

Really nice place close to the train station.
The stuff was very friendly and the room very clean. It was nice to take a swim in the evening after a long hot day in the city. Very recommended.

Nice apartment with a large balcony. The location near the station and only a 5 euro taxidrive from the center is ideal!
Kind host.
It's an old apartment and it needs some maintenance. It's dusty and vintage.

Big double bed, just had a small throw to use as a blanket. No spare blankets or pillows.

The receptionist was very friendly and nice.
Neighbors thought we were loud although my friends and I were just chilling at the pool.

Friendly staff, pictoresque street and district, supermarket Maxi in a walking distance 5 min, not far from vaccination spot in Beogradski Sajam, no taxi is needed to reach it. The room had everything necessary.
The quality of water is not very good, it smells unfresh.

1. the reception was closed at the time of arrival, it took a very long time to call and wait for the door to be opened. In the future, if it was necessary to meet with the staff, it was not possible to get through. Communication with the staff was carried out only through booking
2. the refrigerator did not work, it took the intervention of the staff
3. the heater battery in the bedroom was making a lot of noise
4. the Internet did not work, after the repair the Internet worked very badly with interruptions and disconnection
4.5
Excellent and helpful staff who made huge efforts to help under difficult circumstances. For the price it was quite a good basic place to stay.
Inconsiderate fellow guests who were very noisy - thin walls didn't help. No smoking signs were ignored so everything I had came home smelling of cigarette smoke. The 'included' breakfast was not available due to Covid which is understandable but in that case coffee making facilities should have been available in every room, though a helpful staff member found us a kettle and some teabags but no coffee.

Great place and fantastic host! Nearby city center.
I was only one night but overall quality was great
