Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was delicious with western and local options. Short walk to the beach. Can rent Bikes to cycle around
There weren't many options for restaurants

We stayed in a bayside suite with jacuzzi. The room was very specious. Great breakfast buffets was great but wished they are open a little longer.
What terrible about our stay was finding a place to have dinner at the resort. Coming from U.S, we had no idea that Japanese make reservations for dinner much in advance like when they are booking the hotel or before arriving to Okinawa. All the restaurant were booked out during the three nights of our stay. We had dinner at their outdoor food court for the first night where music was loud and the foods were so so. It was definitely not the best place to eat with my aged mother and tired family after a long flight. Room service was our option for the second night. The menu option of room service was very limited. A buffet restaurant was available on our last night for 6600 yen for one person. It was by the cabin area where many family with young kids stay. The foods were not worth for the price at all, especially for vegetarians and gear toward young families. Lettuces at the salad bar was old. We had a rental car to have an option of going out for dinner outside of the resort but most restaurants close before dinner time. You can’t relay on restaurant business hours listed on the guidebook at all. Call them to make sure if they are open in advance. I booked the jacuzzi suite because it has kitchenette so that I could cook if needed. However it did not have any kitchenwares. We stayed in the first week of July. The hotels at the resort were booked to almost full capacity. It was unthinkable that the huge resort like them doesn’t offer enough restaurants to casually have dinner. I don’t think anyone from overseas would be aware of the need of making reservations for dinner much in advance. And the hotel doesn’t even have convenient stores.
Also, the resort is too big. It’s not practical to walk on your own from place to place in hot humid weather. It’s inconvenient to ask for a ride or take a hotel bus every time you go somewhere within the resort, such as to the beach, restaurants, hot spring, and etc. It sure made us feel losing our flexibility and freedom.

We liked the location and the facilities. In particular the room we stayed in was spacious and well furnished. We stayed in a separate building from the main one but it was just a short walk away. There was a nice variety of restaurants and activities so if you didn’t want to adventure out, you could do everything at the property. Definitely would stay again.

The breakfast was wonderful with so many choices. The room was beautiful and it was very fun to feed the sea turtles!
It would have been nice to know ahead of time that they had a policy of no visible tattoos in the entire resort property. Living in Japan with tattoos, my husband and I are used to typical restrictions such as no visiting public baths or going to the gym with visible tattoos, but we weren't even allowed in restaurants here, and were told basically to cover up at all times even just in common areas like the lobby. If we knew ahead of time we could have planned better, or booked our stay somewhere else, but it was the middle of summer in Okinawa, so my husband didn't even have a pair of pants he could wear to cover the tattoos on his legs. We ended up being away from the resort more than at it because of this - which is a real shame since we paid for a very expensive room with a private pool, expecting very good treatment
Also, I went to the front desk to book a massage and was told there was no availability. I'm not sure if this is because my tattoos were visible at the time, but I went back to the room very upset. My husband called the front desk, and was able to book an in-room massage with no hassle.

1. Shuttle bus was good and convenient, for travel within the island hotel can help to call so it's good.
2. The whole resort is beautiful. Take some time to walk in the resort is very nice.
3. Many fancy pricy restaurants and only 1 that's reasonable price to family and don't need reservation. Love this one. 琉球の風.
4. you can feed sea turtles in the hotel which was fun!
1. As many comment mentioned, the room really need renovation. Especially the bathroom. Shutters and floor tiles in the bathroom looks terribly old as 3 starts hotel, definitely not worthy this high price room. Glass not clear. Some door can't even open.
2. Breakfast was just ok level. Don't know if it's because in pandemic. Nothing too much to expect.
3. I thought it's a big brand hotel so was expecting a better level on English/ international customer support. It wasn't meeting my expectation.
4. As for the swimming pool in the room, if you try to move a bit hard, the water in the pool actually will easily splash out and goes to downstairs. I really wonder how they designed this. Basically you can only put yourself in the pool but not really do too much movement.
5. The photos of the room on the website and hotel were all taken on top floor of the hotel room which I guess is 4th floor. Anything below 4th floor you won't have that wonderful view of the sky and everything.

WiFi was extremely spotty the entire time.

Breakfast selection was amazing and the food was delicious. Exceptional staff and facilities.
The Shabu shabu restaurant.
4.2
Nice location if you like nature, huge resort, friendly staff, nice big onsen. Despite the outdated rooms and architecture, the resort provides a relaxing and cosy atmosphere
Breakfast was below average, definitely not 5 stars, no fresh juices but sufficient. Every little thing is charged extra, old rusty bicycle 30$ for a few hours, even a lousy quality gym costs extra, one hour later checkout charged, would be better to get your own golf cart as everything is remote and big and hard to get around (shuttle buses within resort work ok), a simple restaurant is missing, the Soba Restaurant over-priced and not good. Biggest problem: hotel completely outdated, desperately needs renovation. Shuttle service to town would be good as otherwise ‚trapped‘ in resort without even a conbini store
