It is a very interesting hotel, with innumerable levels of floor and lots of stairs, it looks a bit like an Escher drawing. Room was wide, well furnished, and with a well-appointed bathroom and big shower. All curtains and blinds were electric, and worked. Nice snack tray with reasonable prices. Nespresso machine in room, and also a sofa and a nice TV. The hotel has a large restaurant which looks very pleasant and well attended, but we did not try it. Good breakfast, if a trifle expensive. Location is good for visits to the Citadelle (walkable distance to either the Citadelle uphill or to the cabin lift from the centre). There is some limited parking available, including 3 charging stations for electric cars (which were however ICEd by non-electric cars when we arrived).
Our room (320) had a very low ceiling, around 2 m, which felt a bit oppressive. There was a loud fan in the courtyard, coming up from the kitchen, which thankfully was stopped around 22:00. However, the room next door had a Jacuzzi, and our neighbours decided to enjoy it at 23:30: it was like having a jet engine in the room... it took a long time to fill up, and then it became even noisier when they started the bubbles. Luckily the whole thing lasted less than half an hour, but if they had been night owls...

Heel teleurstellend ...

A fantastic old building very well renovated and modern, superb facilities and a fist class restaurant. Best breakfast of our two weeks touring holiday staying at my different hotels.
Everything was great.

spacious
- dirty: bathroom with spiderweb & kitchen with dirty cups & dishes
- chaotic room:
There was no bed sheet in bed; so we had to call front desk to search for one and end up doing the bed by ourselves at night before sleep. The pillow cases were also put inside out. One closet was chaotically stuffed with spare pillows and comforters.
- rude staffs:
The next morning, at around 10 and 11:35, two people banged our door, when we opened the door, without saying anything, they looked pissed and only spoke to someone over their walkie-talkie. One of them even rolled her eyes at me, while making a unpleasant noise.

Location is great for everything Namur has to offer.
Parking on site
Great conversion of an old building into a quirky hotel.
Comfortable hotel
Helpful staff
Poor fire safety. No escape plan on the back of our door and no running man signs. The quirky nature of the building, with many up and down staircases to get to our room on the top floor, was disorientating enough at the best of times. In smoke and no lights it could be disastrous.

The room was amazing. Breakfast was good. The bathroom was great
4.2
The style of the hotel and excellent restaurant ( have not try the “ grill” resto.)
Secure place for bycicles.
The comforter on the bed was really bad too heavy like an old blanket….
The skylight does not provide enough air and light. Air conditioner not a good option for us
Our room was above the terrasse of the grill restaurant, so we had to keep window close with a gorgeous evening weather. Not enjoyable for the price !
The trash can in the bathroom was not empty at our arrival.

Location was excellent, also the food in the grill bar was to die for .

Very nice location, clean rooms and hot private sauna.

The room was very nice, confortable and clean. We did not hav breakfast in the hotel
The parking is quite small and we had problems to find a spot for the car arriving during heavy rain. Staff was not so helpful at first but then they solved the situation but it was a bit stressful!
Be aware that even using the lift there may be many steps up and down and narrow passages to reach the room: this was because this is an ancient building and while it has been renovated, there are not easy ways to connect all the rooms. If you have mobility problems inform the hotel when booking

Hotel looked cute, staff was amicable, bed was great.
Room 208 - weird disposition, a bit too dark. A/C was leaking water into the main corridor. bathroom was weird smelling - not so clean. Netflix on smart TV was not working and they couldn't help. Staff knocking on the room door before check out time. Not a lot of options for breakfast for the price. Way too expensive for what you get.

Very off the tourist trail but so glad we stopped in this city and splashed out - its definitely not the cheapest hotel but worth every penny.
Traditional family-owned venue but by a family of out and out hotel professionals who take extreme pride in the level of service and comfort. From the welcome desk to the quality of the room, it was a fantastic experience. We didn't try the bar or restaurant but looked to be a lot of local people enjoying the food so that speaks volumes.
Very nice location, and a very nice city.
Quirky room as it is a very old building but has been thoughtfully modernised and fitted with nice modern facilities.
Parking tricky (what do you expect in small narrow old city streets) and you could be blocked in.

I had a sauna in my room which was the highlight of the stay. They also have a restaurant in the hotel which served good Belgian food.
4.2
Hotel staff was super friendly ( he kindly point few places to go on the map, it was super helpful) and they have lovely restaurant and room was very nice.
Thank you. We’ll be back again!!
hard to know where is the parking…. ( one in front of hotel was full)
4.2
very good room staff were very good as my car had a problem and they let me stay extra days
restaurants were fully booked so I did not sample the food
4.2
A very spacious room with separate seating area, comfortable bed and good bathroom in a beautifully restored old industrial building. Some traffic noise in the room (201) we were in during morning rush hour. Excellent breakfast which needs to be booked separately. Free parking and very easy to reach from motorway.
Nothing

the hotel is in a good location & the staff were very helpful

This gorgeous boutique hotel is located in a former tannery and has all of the charm that you would expect from such a property; we loved all the exposed beams and brick, as well as the spacious layout of our room; the shower was huge and indulgent, as was the jacuzzi tub in our room; the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was tasty and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, including with questions around parking and recommendations for dinner; the central location is also perfect for exploring all that Namur has to offer.
4.2
The beds where excellent for a good night's sleep and the breakfast is in a very nice location.
