Very enjoyable and relaxing.

Fantastic sea views. Villa well equipped to a very high standard. Lovely pool and pool area. Host and staff very helpful. Would highly recommend.

Our fourth time on the island and Skiathos Gea Villas is without doubt the best place we have stayed, thank you to John

Beautiful view and extremely large outdoors area with a pool that our children absolutely loved

It was a little awkward that we had to explicitly ask for basics such as table salt, vinegar and oil as well as a blanket (yes, one of the beds didn't have a blanket and it took 2 days to get one)! Overall our stay was comfortable, but on the last day we ended up experiencing what I can only describe as extremely rude, bordering on inhumane... here goes: As per the booking.com description - checkout time is 11am. We were planning to vacate the property well before that (had a taxi booked for 10:15). Around 10am, while we were still in full packing mode, the cleaning lady literally just let herself in and started cleaning!!! I politely told her that we are not done yet. Around 10:10 we pulled our bags to the front of the villa expecting the taxi to arrive any minute. The cleaning lady must have taken that as a signal that she can start cleaning, which we didn't mind given we were expecting to leave momentarily...Sadly that didn't end up being the case, so around 10:30 we decided that it wasn't safe for our 3 young children to stay out in the sweltering heat and got them back inside one of the bedrooms. The cleaning lady came into the room and said 'sorry!' in a loud voice, basically asking us to vacate the room. I pointed out that it's not 11 yet and that we cannot have our children out in the heat while waiting for a taxi. Long story short she made such a scene that our boy was scared for quite a while after. I could not believe that we could be treated that way on our last day. Highly recommend the management of this place to invest in some staff training.

the facilities the rooms kitchen area and lounge very nice

small pool and too far from the town . not accessible easily by foot from main road . we had to spend money each night in taxis as very uphill . need car really but not clear from description

Small but ideal for a couple with a car. Although it has two bedrooms its would not be great for 4.

The premises were modern, clean and tidy and the host was excellent as were the cleaners. The view was excellent too.

The was very little storage. The utensils and self catering could have been better. The property was smaller internally than I expected. The access from the parking to villa could be an issue with some people. You definitely need a car and this needs to be identified very clearly on the website.

Beatiful Sunrise Gea Villas

Most beautiful view and sunrise. It was a pleasant suprise but we had a houskeeping service. Would be nice for a heads up so we can secure our important stuff in the house. We had our money all over the place and were suprised they cleaned our room. But very nice staff nothing got stolen. They cleaned everyday. The house has aircon and a laundry mashine. Giving fresh towels if needed. A big place outside to hang out by the pool. We didnt use it but it had a bbq grill! Equipments for eating. Big pool and clean.

Number on the conntact was wrong. No conntact or notice from the owner at the beginning until arrival. On the house itself. would be nice some basic spices. And no moskito net. the drains had a bad smell every morning and when we came back from our trip. One sleeping room was tiny. the other room was good sized. We had a beautiful morning sunrise. the bad thing we had shadow at the pool kinda early during the day like ca 3-4pm. but we were in september. dont know in summer time if it stays longer.

Beautiful villa in a stunning location

We really enjoyed our stay at Gea Villas with our own 2 bedroom villa and private pool. The villa was very clean and the cleaners came each day to clean it for us which was great. The host John was very friendly and gave us his number if we needed his help or had any questions we just messaged him. The view from the villa was stunning and although there are a few other villas it was very peaceful. The location is a bit difficult to get to there are steep windy roads so you definitely need a car or scooter for your stay if you would like to explore the island. Only 10 minutes from Skiathos town. We would definitely stay here again :)

We loved our stay here. Definitely we will be coming back.

We have really enjoyed the staying at Gea Villas. The villa was very cozy, a nice living room with everything you might wish for, the kitchen was very well equipped. We had even a washing machine. The bathrooms are amazing, the pool was small and cozy, exactly what we were looking for. The view was astonishing. Waking up with the sun over the sea is all we needed for a lovely day. The Small Vasilias beach is 1.2 km from the villa if you are walking.

Everything was exceptional… we have stayed before and got there now just to discover it has all been upgraded and renewed! Lovely host, breathtaking location, excellent taste in deco… all fab.. back again and again and again for sure

Very good

The property is in the most wonderful setting, the view is stunning and the owners are very welcoming. The villa is comfortable, 2 small double bedrooms with balconies and small shower room/toilet on the first floor. Downstairs, kitchen/open plan living room with additional bathroom/toilet. The air con works well. Outside is lovely - big terrace, leading from the kitchen, then a further terrace surrounding the pool (the pool is a good size). The sun is out in the morning on both Terrace and pool so we headed to the beach in the afternoon as no sun late afternoon. Also, the drive is VERY steep, you need to do several turns to get down it (you get used to it after a few days). Overall this is a lovely property.
