Nice Hotel but a little bit isolated. Good if you want somewhere very tranquil. Lovely Staff and owner.
Pool area is a little limiting

weve absolutely liked everything. from the smiley nice working ladys till the food we were served, the room service, and the avalability of the staff to us. food was great, they filled up the water bottles in the minibar for us and the coffe machine tabs after weve finished them, also the filled up the bath oil after my girllfriend and i had a nice bath the first day so we can have another one the day later or just later on in the same day, if you step out 10 meters you can see the sea and a beatiful sun set. i'd say its worth the money ++ (btw they also had warm water in case you wonder).
the only thing we didnt like is that they wanted to take us in to a regular suite while we ordered the suite deluxe, we did an early check in and they told us the room would be available in the check in time; 13:00 because it needs cleaning as we know, but only after we asked if the room were in is what we've ordered becuse it didnt look like the pics of the suite deluxe. wasnt really arguing or something just that we had to mention and they sayd ook sure youll switch whenever you want right away so it was really ok.

There's nothing bad to say about Casa Harb. This place is absolutely amazing. The staff makes you feel like you are family here. Great rooms, clean, comfortable, and exceptional guest service. Will definitely stay here on my next trip to San Andrés

This hotel is so relaxing with wonderful staff. The location is gorgeous and quiet, away from the city center but it was still only a five minute taxi ride away. The staff was happy to help with calling taxis whenever we needed. The included breakfast was very nice and we even had dinner at the hotel one evening, all of the food was excellent. Cannot recommend Casa Harb highly enough!
Nothing!

We stayed in 3 hotels in San Andres and this was by far our favourite. The rooms are big, spacious and have been beautifully decorated. Big shower and bath in the room - best shower in San Andres with a view to the sky. Leila went above and beyond to accommodate us. We had dinner at this hotel and it was 5* quality. I have seen some complaints about the location. yes it’s not in the centre but it suited us as we felt the centre was too busy/loud. if you want a great sleep stay here.
nothing we loved it.

we had a great time at Casa Harb .. while I was skeptical during check in (really blamed it on being exhausted) our stay was great. during our stay other families with children stayed here too. hotel is clean , secure/safe , the chef of the week made amazing food , and +1 for getting us a reservation on Valentine’s Day at regatta .. when I. come back I will definitely
stay here .

beautiful piece of property
severely understaffed. most of the time nobody was at the front desk to help. room telephone didn’t work, reported it multiple times and it was never fixed. the staff told us we didn’t report it multiple times although we did. light in the room was flickering and hanging from ceiling. sliding door in the room didn’t shut properly or lock. room service required a reservation which didn’t make any sense. hotel restaurant required a reservation which was inconvenient since the hotel is about 15 mins from centro. needed to go next door to another hotel for dinner that was a third of the price and a two star hotel and the service there was much better. overall was disappointed as we expected this was a 4-star hotel.

The hostess who checked us into the hotel was so nice. She explained all the good places to visit. Also helped us out when we needed anything at all.
I have nothing but good things to say about that hotel.

the property was clean and the room was spacious.
The property is billed as a hotel but it does not have the services that you would expect from a hotel. It’s more like a B&B. The main lobby / restaurant area was rented out for a wedding the day that I arrived so there were no options for using the lobby, the swimming pool, or having a meal. I was refereed to another hotel, downtown, as a place to have dinner. The staff don’t seem to understand what good service is. There was no recognition that maybe they should help me with a reservation and I had to ask for help with a taxi. The next evening, the kitchen was closed because the cook worked the night before on the wedding and needed a night off. None of this was communicated prior to my arrival or even during my stay - until I sat down expecting to order dinner.
The property is a bit run down. I’m sure it was a very nice place 10 years ago but without a major effort to refresh the rooms and properly train the staff in hospitality, it will continue to decline. it’s a three star property at best. It’s just surrounded by an island full of two star accommodations.

The room was very quiet, and the hotel is far away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Beautiful room, great style, very helpful staff.
There was no mosquito net over the bed so we woke up with mosquito bites every morning, even though we were using as much repellant as possible.

Beautiful hotel, inside the lobby and rooms are like a museum with artwork and sculptures. Furnishings are top notch.
On the downside very impractical… round domed coffee table you can’t set anything on, no desk or workspace, no closet space, open toilet (kid you not… any toilet smells/sounds will be shared and spread throughout the room!)
We were only there for one night due to a missed flight but would not stay longer than a single night due to toilet ‘issue’.

Staff, lobby, terrace in Suite "S".
Maintenance....Air conditioning, only one worked....Needs updating.

The bathtub
The staff was cluless. You have to wait for your breakfast for at least 30 minutes. Poor price quality value if you consider that the hotel is in Colombia. It's probably one of the better hotel in the island. If you are looking for exclusivity, do not go to San Andres. The keys were crowed. I couldn't believe how the authorities allow this kind of behavior. We'll destroy it sooner than later.

Super friendly staff and owner. The area is beautiful to rest for a while.
Breakfast could contain healthier food (but still: breakfast is nice).

The house and decor are beautiful and it is one of the only hotels on the island with hot water.
The day before we arrived my husband called ahead to make sure that the restaurant would be open from the 26-29 (our stay) and they assured him that it would. However, when we arrived they told us that it is not open on Sunday (the 26 was a Sunday). But after talking to them about the clear misunderstanding they agreed to make us some lunch, which was very nice. Unfortunately everything was downhill from there.
Honestly this is probably the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
1)When I spoke with Julie the morning of the 27th she told me that they could order me food from a restaurant that served vegetarian food and that she would speak with her colleague Layla about it. I then spoke with Layla about it myself at 5:30pm and she said she would call the restaurant and confirm if they could deliver and then call me to let me know. She also asked me what time I wanted dinner and I told her 7pm. When I came down at 7pm for dinner she said she had not confirmed yet and that she had been busy, which is hilarious because we hadn’t seen her all afternoon. Also, when we came down there there two people at the pool with finished drinks and two people sitting in the restaurant so I’m not sure how busy she could have been. She then started messaging with the restaurant (via text or WhatsApp, clearly indicating that she had not previously called) and placed the order at 7:10 and they said it would take at least 40 minutes. She is also telling us that my mom made a dinner reservation at 7:30 and not 7 at the same time as me and then she started raising her voice and arguing with us. When I asked her why my mom and I would make reservations at different times she insisted that my mom made a reservation at 7:30 which she did not. I finally said to her whatever and to just bring my mom’s food when it was ready as she was yelling at me.
2)It is also important to mention that there is nothing anywhere near this hotel. So to enjoy any restaurant, site or beach you have to leave (cabs are difficult to come by and quite expensive). The pool area only gets sun for about two hours a day and only has four plastic lounge chairs (one of which is broken and held together with a zip tie) and the pool is freezing. So if you think you are going to enjoy a relaxing day by the pool keep that in mind.

-Very private and few people
-Very personal treatment as a guest
-After sleeping in a room we didn’t book for the first night, we moved to the biggest room available and got a dining bonus
-Leila!
-Some facilities seemed very aged, e.g. sinks, shower heads, etc. It seemed like the house could use some maintenance work
-Many towels had stains

Casa Harb made our stay in San Andres to be memorable. The boutique hotel has everything a person needs: beautiful atmosphere, super clean, the sheets are so comfy, the owner has travelled the world so he brought pieces from all over the world to decorate the place giving a very modern vibe. One thing that we loved was the amount of light the room has, usually rooms tend to be dark, but not here. Breakfast was great and the staff Leyla was so helpful giving us contact for the boat, the car rental, taxis etc…she was amazing! The bathrooms were also perfect, we could even shower looking at the moon.

Room was large and comfortable with a great bathroom including a spa bath. Room included shared balcony with room next door. Homely feel to the hotel. Flexible checkout time. Privacy given location.
Service could have been better. For the most accommodation on San Andres service could be better. I ordered a taxi to collect me from the airport that never arrived. Breakfast was large but basic.
