George was super helpful and friendly. Location was perfect for our first trip to Athens.

Great apartment, fully furnished with everything you could need. Incrediable view of the Acropolis right outside the window. The location is within walking distance to everything, but easy access to public transit as well. The street it faces has dozens of restaurants to choose from. We were only here for two nights, but want to come back to stay in Athens longer, and will certainly choose this apartment again. The owners were extremely responsive, helpful, even booked our transit to and from the apartment for us. Highly recommended.

Our stay was the best! The location was perfectly situated in a prime spot for sight seeing, eating, and just hanging out.

This is a great place to stay in Athens. It is within walking distance from everything you want without being in a noisy part of town. We loved being able to walk for everything from coffee to great shopping to the Acropolis. It is all at your front door. Because this is in a local apartment building, it was, private, quiet and we felt like locals. Great amenities at the apartment. If you want to cook your own food, it has everything you need. George was great to work with, has excellent communications and help us arrange rides to and from the apartment. Overall, we are very pleased we stayed here. You will too.

The location was good, but the difficulty of getting in to the apartment was bad, and because it was apartments, we were always getting dirty looks from the owners. There was a view of the partholon from one small window in the corner
The beds were horrible. The apartment was dirty. The switch for the hot water is a joke. Both showers were awful. The one key thing was difficult. I forgot my hat and realized it as we were getting into the taxi, ran back to the door and the key was already removed from the lock box, we hadn’t even left yet. Needless to say they never returned my hat, even after calling them.

We had a great stay. There is a good amount to room in the apartment and the location was great. Unfortunately, the washer didn’t work properly, but George was responsive to our messages.

Here is what we liked about the apartment: Great neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants just a short walk from the apartment main doors. George was a wonderful pre-trip communicator and arraigned transfers and wonderful day trips during our stay
Cons: One tiny shower, shower bar fell off wall first time we used it, and was not fixed during our stay. We then had 5 people sharing one bathtub with a hand held shower head. Church bells from next door church (which is beautiful and charming to look at) are loud and constant throughout day. Water takes 10-15 to reach temperature. Tiny sink in tiny bathroom has faucet looking like it has start of wood rot. Lots of little things that are broken. Minor annoyance, uneven flooring, noisy AC. Rugs are dirty, Bedding scarce, Dishes in cabinets were dirty

The property and manager provided an exceptional service and experience throughout our stay. The property was clean and comfortable while providing a view of the Acropolis from the living room and also the shower - spectacular. Everything we wanted was within a short walk. We stayed here two nights before leaving for Santorini and then Naxos. I am so happy that we chose this place.

Fantastic view of the Acropolis from the apartment! Located within the city center with a 10-15 minute walk to everything we wanted to see.

We really enjoyed our stay here, it's a beautiful apartment and very well equipped. The balconies make for a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee over the plaza as you watch Athens come to life. The location is also great, no shortage of terrific spots for lunch and dinner and it's a relatively easy walk to The Acropolis and other historic sites (of which there is an amazing view from the living room). Travelling with an older parent, the elevator was also very welcome.
If you're a late riser, the only issue might be the church bells that ring each morning. But earplugs in and you're fine there.

We stayed in a lovely situated flat as a family in April. The communication before our arrival and during the check-in was very good and helpful. The flat itself was sufficient equipped, the cleanliness was acceptable but the bathrooms were uncomfortable. A clooged sink was promised to be repaired. After check-out we were accused and charged of leaving a stain on the couch that we are not aware of. So we will recommend visitors to profoundly check the flat during check-in. All the best.

We have three kids and with five traveling - we love a good apartment stay. This apartment was perfectly situated to get lost ambling and eating in ancient Athens … the kids learned the neighborhood and how to get to sites, the grocery store and favorite cafes … the view is mesmerizing and made it fun when we toured up on the Acropolis to “spot” our apartment windows from the top.
We were there over the Christmas holiday - on Christmas Eve we found an English speaking church service and headed to delicious price fix tasting menu out by the seaside. We missed home Christmas Day and family … but the weather was wonderful and we walked and walked and walked with sites closed. One day we took a day cruise to three islands. And other days we visited the many ancient sites.
George was super contactable. Check in and transport went smoothly. The apartment was the perfect space for our family of two adults and three teenagers (ages 17,15,12). Thank you for a fabulous stay!!

Great time

Good location
One shower did not work at all. So 5 people and one shower is not ideal. Location was great - close to restaurants and shops (which did not matter to us) but a lively bustling neighborhood.
