Sheets were clean
The room was TIRED!
The carpet was visibly dirty and stained, as were the walls.
The shower curtain needed to be replaced.

Staff were helpful and pleasant. Room was small but great for quick overnight stay.
Shower head only on full massage and couldn’t change to spray.

Great location. Friendly fast check in. Hot shower.
VERY small dark room. Needs a really good clean.
Other people’s kids were up very late at night being very noisy in the corridor. Beds were terrible. As were the pillows. Both need replacing.
5.0
Easy access. Easy to find.
Some small items like a simple teaspoon for the coffee were not there.

Tidy and easy to find
Rooms were very small and there were screws missing from the top bunk. Would have been unsafe if I’d have had my children with me

I was well informed about late check-in process. The instructions were very clear. It was seamless to check-in without intervention of calling after hours service. The location is also pretty good. Everything is perfect within that budget I have spent.
I don't think i found any issue because everything looked alright. Only small thing was, toilet seat was very close to the wall, it was inconvenient to sit on the toilet seat. Otherwise everything was pretty good.
Also, if you could arrange the creamer (Milk powder) or milk sachets for coffee, it would be good.

For an Accor property it was disgraceful.c
Easily the worst property I have ever slept in.

Location was good for our needs
Bunk bed was unmade on arrival. After staff were informed they threw a sheet up onto the bed and said that child could make the bed. No blanket was provided for that bed. Carpet was covered in nasty black stains. Couldn't use the air conditioning as it emitted a smell of cat urine. Halls and reception area lined with trolleys full of dirty smelly linen. Bed extremely uncomfortable. Worst nights sleep I've had in an extremely long time.

Bed was comfortable.
Good size room.
Shower room was a good size
No towel rail in bathroom
No blind that we could see.

The proximity to everything I wanted to do - very close to the zoo.
Where do I start? The hallways were always dirty, carpet stained. Room was tidy but carpet was frayed in several places and stained, curtains were hanging off. 3 in 1 shampoo, shower jell, hand wash - not optimal. No rim along the shower floor, so floor was wet almost to the door every time I had a shower. Room didn't get made up at all, bin didn't get emptied. Nowhere to put my clothes away. No milk. Coffee cup, sugar and coffee but no spoon. Someone wanted to check in one night and had to call the hotel's number to say they had been waiting for 15 minutes for staff to turn up. As I walked outside, I saw the receptionist get out of his car to check the guests in. It might be a budget hotel but that doesn't mean it has to be dirty and lack service and facilities.

Room was clean. Double bed was comfy. Couldn't hear traffic. Staff member on front counter very friendly.
Not easily found as the sign out the front wasn't working when we arrived after dark.
Room was very small - had to shimmy around each other. Bathroom was very dated. The shower curtin was mouldy. We had to park in staff car parking as there was no other spaces left.
