The resort is located in the middle of Jizera Mountains, a few steps to cross-country track. Overall, the stay at the resort was great. One feels like somewhere in Austria, due to the style of the exterior of the buildings. The price corresponds to the services offered, the wellness is really at a great level and the ski trail right next to the hotel is a great thing.
The wellness is open from 10:00hrs, but sauna and steam room works from 15:00hrs which is a shame, because even in the morning it would be nice to go to the sauna and go on a trip until maybe after lunch. Also the wellness is closing at 20:00hrs, so when dinner is beginning at 18:00hrs, most of the poeple leave the wellness and than is no chance to come back and wellness is empty till 20:00hrs. Therefore, it would not be out of the question if the wellness center was open until 10:00 PM.
Another minor deficiency appeared during breakfast, when the restaurant did not have time to replenish the missing food, specifically from the hot menu (scrambled eggs, poached eggs, etc.) and it took quite a long time to refill.
Also, the restaurant is only open until 10:00pm, and given that there are no other dining facilities or pubs around the resort, the restaurant could be open longer.
After the restaurant is closed, a self-service refrigerator could be available, for example, where guests could get a bottle of wine or other drinks.

The breakfast was really good, great variety and fresh fruits. All hotel buildings and rooms are stylish and clean. The spa area was appealing, offering a whirlpool, pool, steam sauna, finnish sauna, etc.. The food in the restaurant was ok, nothing special, but it was cheap and the premises were nice. The location is ideal for hiking and exploring, lots of POIs and great nature nearby.
There was hardly any room service. For three days, the garbage can was emptied, but the beds were not made, dirty or wet towels on the floor were not replaced by fresh ones, dirty dishes (tea cups, provided by the hotel) were not replaced by clean ones after use. The heating was completely switched off, we were freezing in our room at 10°C outside temperature. The bathroom was cold, the towels did not dry because the heated towel rack was switched off too. The WiFi is really bad, no signal in the room. We had to go to the reception for a little Wifi signal to check opening hours of nearby shops, locations, etc.. That's an issue because there's no mobile phone reception in the whole area, so WiFi is essential for planning hiking routes. Breakfast is served from 08:00-10:00, way too late in my opinion. I prefer breakfast from 06:00 or 06:30 in order to leave earlier to explore the area. The spa area is opened from 10:00-20:00, not ideal as this time of the day is usually spent outside the hotel. If the spa area would have been opened earlier or later (e.g. 07:00-10:00 or 20:00-22:00), we could have enjoyed the pool after a long day of hiking. Conclusion: Too many negative factors at a price of ~ 140€/night.
