Ok övernattning nära flygplatsen.

Bra läge till flygplatsen. Personal som var tillmötesgående.

Smutsigt på balkongen så där ville man inte vara. Inga kökssaker i det lilla köket. Man tänker att det ska finnas glas, tallrikar och bestick. Det löste sig genom att den tillmötesgående personalen hämtade nere i källaren.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura solo una notte poiché arrivati da un viaggio notturno. L’appartamento era accogliente e fornito, semplice il self check in che ci ha consentito di entrare in piena notte. Vicinanza dall’aeroporto di Fiumicino minima e quindi super comodo per necessità di partenze e/o rientri.

Close to airport and excellent and helpful Shuttle service provided.

First we flew to Rome. Had a ten day cruise and by shuttle taxi came from to cruise ship to Isa Residence. We were greeted welcoming and cheerfully. We had two rooms with two queen comfortable beds. Facilities were clean and roomy.

Everything was adequate for our stay. Fist we had a problem how to open our door but when understood how the key worked it was OK

Vicinissima all’aeroporto perciò ottimo per soggiornarvi in transito, struttura pulita e staff cordiale ed accogliente. Vi è la possibilità di fare anche la colazione nella piccola sala colazioni annessa alla reception, ma la stessa va confermata possibilmente il giorno prima o al max al momento del check in… l’addetto al ricevimento di cui mi sfugge il nome e me ne scuso , ci ha comunque consentito di poterla fare con tutta tranquillità e con tanta scelta a self service, ci siamo sentiti coccolati per essere stati omaggiati in questo, perciò ringraziamo. Ottimo il trovare all’Interno del residence distributori di bibite così come nella reception.

La struttura è abbondantemente accogliente per soggiornarvi per brevi periodi e sinceramente avendovi soggiornato per una notte non ci siamo minimamente posti il problema di notare se qualcosa non fosse ad hoc, la zona è tranquilla..fin troppo e l’unica cosa che possiamo consigliare è quella di fare una convenzione con la pizzeria di fronte per consentire di consumare la pizza all’interno del locale almeno sino le 22.30, dalla stessa non appena fatto capolino sulla porta siamo stati avvisati che ci avrebbero servito solo in asporto ed erano le 21.45 ! Ma questa non è una lamentela per la struttura (casomai per la pizzeria un mancato incasso di bevande e quant’altro) ma un consiglio di un possibile servizio da poter offrire in futuro.

Convenient Residence & Awesome Staff

The place was perfect for what I needed. I was traveling with 2 pets and they had their own fenced in backyard to relax and play. The residence is located right in front of a cafe with pastries and drinks, as well as a fantastic pizzeria that also offers gluten free pizza. Additional bars, cafes, and a small grocery store are all in walking distance. The Staff is fantastic and they go the extra mile to help you out and make sure that you have a comfortable stay. They have a shuttle service that can be booked for transfers.

There was no wifi. And one of the staff members named Giorgio was extremely unkind. To the level of questioning if I was lying about the wifi not working. I asked for my money back, due to the fact that I needed to work and I couldn’t with no Wifi and even that he simply wouldn’t cave.

I had a bad experience the owner didn’t pick up my calls and didn’t help me I messaged him 3 days before my arrival and informed him of my day and time but he just took my money without my stay never has this experience before

The hotel is not at the airport, it takes 10/15 minutes on a taxi to go there. Don't be fooled.

The staff was friendly and answered all the questions we had.

THE HOTEL IS NOT AT THE AIRPORT, the name is a false ad. It takes 10/15 minutes on a taxi, which costs extra 20/25 euros (one way), no options for public transportation (or 1,5 hours with a lot of changes, also, no public transportation early in the morning or late in the evening/at night). So we paid extra 50 euros for taxi just for the commute from/to the airport. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. The hotel is worn out and outdated, the bed was super uncomfortable, mattress had bumps and my back hurt the next day. It had a strong smell of cleaning chemicals to...

Bad experince.

Nothing

There was mold in the bathroom, shower was broken, the beds very old and in a bad condition. The door knob was falling apart. Also, before we booked the room we asked them for a late checkout and they said is possible. Once we arrived they said again we can stay for late checkout, but second day a different staff said is not possible. We have 2 small kids and the overal contidions were unacceptable.
