Ten hotel to pomylka. Szkoda pieniedzy. Transfer na lotnisko byl platny. a nie bezplatny jak podano.

Nie nocowalam w tym obiekcie bo nie spelnial moich oczekiwan. W ogloszeniu ktore widzialam byly klamstwa na temat wyposazenia pokoju. Mialy byc 2 lozka odzielne a byly tylko pietrowe lozka. Same klamstwa w ogloszeniu.

Pokój niestety nie spełniał podstawowych standardów. Było brudno, w łazience również brak regularnego sprzątania. Telewi

To że w opisie rezerwacji było że w pokoju będą 3 osobne łóżka. Na miejscu okazało się że jedno było osobne a jedno dwupiętrowe. Niestety obsługa nic z tym nie zrobiła. Możliwość zamiany była tylko możliwa po zapłacie dodatkowych pieniędzy.

I really regretted choosing this hostel

The hostel located not far from Airport Chopin, but you can get only by car.

We had a terrible situation and I will never recommend this hostel. I was traveling with my friend and children 2-3 years old, so we had a lot of luggage and strollers. 1) the hostel offers a free transfer to the airport - it's not true, the transfer price is 30 PLN, (taxi price is 23-28 PLN); 2) we ordered this transfer for 4 am, when we came to the reception at 4-04 am, we didn't find anyone. For 20 minutes we were looking for someone at the reception, the administrator came and said: "You're late, I'm not taking you to the airport, because I'm not a taxi." At 4:28 in the morning, he took a car and took another guest, and told us he would not take us. We ordered a taxi, and we got a cool taxi driver who took us to the airport very quickly. This transfer almost cost us all the plane tickets. I hope the booking service will pay attention to my feedback and work with the hotel to prevent such situations from happening again. And other point services, The staff are some Ukrainians and Belarusians, they behave terribly and are not friendly at all. I asked for a hairdryer because the room didn't have one. They were rude and told me to go look for it myself.

Годиться, як місце де можна перепочити і без пригод добратися в аеропорт. Особливо на нічні рейси.

Трансфер до аеропорту вночі є дуже зручною опцією. Номер був чисто прибраним. Персонал привітним.

Здивувала відсутність аксесуарів, притаманних готелям, які претендують на зірковість.

W porządku hotel lecz ma swoje minusy.

Hotel znajduje się na obrzeżach miasta oraz jest mało zatłoczony. Idealne miejsce dla ludzi wylatujących.

Czystość ma wiele do życzenia oraz obowiązująca cisza nocna nie istnieje. Spowodowane to jest wyjazdami lotniczymi w ciągu nocy. Ale z tym trzeba się liczyć w końcu po to jest ten hotel.

Хороший вариант для компании за маленькие деньги и с трансфером в аэропорт

Рядом аэропорт, бесплатный трансфер, есть кухня с чайником и микроволновкой. За свои деньги и на одну ночь отличный вариант.

Магазины рядом в отзывах это Ашан- 1 км от отеля. Те в пешей быстрой доступности ничего рядом нет. Очень плохие матрацы, нет простыни, есть только наматрасник.

Очень понравилось.

Маленькая, уютная комната. Согрелась быстро ( была холодная). Зимой, в самый раз. Летом будет сложно проветрить, самолёты часто летают. Парковка во дворе. Всё очень понравилось.

При заезде комната была холодная, но быстро согрелась после открытия батареи.

miałam lot o 8:10 na recepcji poprosiłam o transfer o godz 6 usłyszałam ze mam do wyboru albo o 5 albo o 7 bo klient tez musi być elastyczny ,już nie chciało mi się kłócić późnym wieczorem ,wybrałam o 5 i okazało się ze ten kurs był realizowany dla jednego klienta plus mnie,sytuacja kuriozalna dla jednego klienta moglbyc kurs realizowany o 5 a dla mnie o 6 już nie Nie Polecam

Very good

It is a simple hotel for spending one night and continuing the journey. It was clean, but a bit tired. Bunk beds made some noise when you turned other side. For its price it is fine place to spend a night.

Good hotel, but it would be better not to deceive visitors with non-existent services

Location near Chopin airport, 24-hour front desk, private bathroom, clean room. Despite the airport nearby, there was no noise from airplanes.

Free transfer from Chopin to the hotel in my case was absent. I asked for a free transfer, got an instruction. Upon arrival, performed as stated, but to no avail. I had to take a taxi. English, Russian, Ukrainian, and other languages are mentioned in the description, however, in reality Polish only. That's why I couldn't describe my situation with a transfer. There was a draft from the window even when closed, I had to sleep in a warm sweater.

Nice room but nonexistent comfort due to noise inside the hotel

The room was clean, and the beds were comfy. The linen felt nice. There was liquid soap and towel. Both one free airport transfer and paid transfer worked nicely.

There was no soundproofing, and there were many children running and shouting in the hallways even after 9 PM. It seemed to me there were some Ukraine refugees living in the hotel. I strongly recommend that the owner talk to them and instruct against such a behaviour in certain hours (e.g. evening, night). It is outrageous that the guests cannot relax.

The room is very clean, the bed smells freshly washed. Warm. Downstairs you can make tea and use the kitchen. The staff is very friendly and kind, thank you for my pleasant stay! And thank you for the transfer to the airport at 4 in the morning - it's a great service! Prosperity to you!

Good quality for price.

The receptionist was very good, accepted us late, and we were transferred to the airport very early in morning how was required. Only compliment. Room and shower clean and nice.

Maybe matresses need thinking about replacing to more comfy, and Tv can be bigger. But stay one or 2 nights its fine.

No one speak English close to airport and providing service shuttle for travelers 🤔, look like a youth hostel with very bad beds, the bathroom very dirty with hair tuft on floor, smell sewer and rotten cabbage like hell. extrem noises from neighbours as the walls seem to be so thin. Expensive for such level
