This accommodation provides a warm and friendly base in cold and windswept Patagonia. The constant view of the magnificent peaks of Torres del Paine Park is breathtaking. The food, the friendly staff really gives you the feeling of something special. We can only highly recommend . It is truly a gem.

This hotel/estancia is a destination by itself
Even though I stayed only one night, this was a great experience start to finish. The place is a little hard to find, it is pretty remote, but once you arrive the staff pays attention to you from beginning to end. The location is beautiful, with a nice view of Torres del Paine and about a half hour drive from the park entrance. It is a working estancia, so you can wander around with the horses and the sheep, see where the food is grown for your lunch and catch an occasional hare or fox wandering on the property. The food is gourmet, there is a well-stocked bar and the staff are very friendly and engaging. I didn't get a chance to go horse backing riding or take an excursion into the park but the hotel offers you pretty any activity that is available in the area.
It is a little remote, but I suppose that's a good news/bad news kind of thing. Once you find the main hotel reception area, all is well.
