Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut

Die Angestellten waren wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend und haben uns nach dem Checkin gleich zur Unterkunft gebracht. Es ist nur eine sehr kurze Strecke. Das Ortszentrum ist klein aber fein. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral. Die Qualität des WLANs hat mich persönlich auch überrascht.

Ich war zwar nicht sonderlich überrascht, doch es war nicht ganz sauber. Wir hatten bsp. immer mal wieder Ameisen. Bei diesem Preis bin ich aber nicht so pingelig. Alles andere war sonst gut.

Nice location in the village

Coffee machine plug not ok, so we couldn't make some coffee in the morning before leaving. When we reported the issue at the reception located in another hotel, they didn't even offer one at the hotel's restaurant to compensate, which is not very nice, especially at the price of a coffee in Italy. So we had one, but in another place

Lago de Orta is a must see in the north of Italy !!!

the location is great plain center but still in quiet area you don't ear the noise form the main street. the city itself is pure paradise and the lake even more.

not enough information about the parking issue. Should provide tickets or formulas. beware of the accesibility

Very good

Great location, very central and still quiet. Just couple of meters walk from the parking, also couple of meters to center of town. Building and rooms are nice and clean.

No breakfast in hotel, you have to book breakfast in another hotel 500m away. We cancelled breakfast after the first day, and went to a cafe nearby instead. No staff and reception in hotel, you have to walk to the other hotel for everything you need.

Great location, good ambiance, decent facilities, BUT lack customer care and servicing

Great location right in the heart of the old village and alley ways. Comfortable room and nice ambience.

no reception staff on-site. you kept having to walk between this hotel and there other sister hotel a few hundred metres away to get any service. they didn’t have an iron when we needed to iron some good clothes for going out. We are very seasoned travellers and know this is a standard hotel item (even if just one for entire 3 room stay) but we were scoffed at by staff and told ironing is only available if you get things paid for by dry cleaner. There was also so much hassle over 3 euros. We came directly from Switzerland and only had Swiss francs in cash and our card. They demanded the 3 euro cash. we offered to pay more on cars to them and they could pay instead but they refused and made us go find. it’s not we can’t afford it or understand the need for it, but the lack of care and flexibility again showed poor service for a good paying clean customer. it was a Sunday so no bank open. We were sent to ATM (it was out of order), came back, sent to another and finally came back with their 3 euro. great location, great hotel, poor customer care and lack of service.

Value for money and all the comfort

The location, the architecture of the hotel and the room, the bed and pillows, everything was great and to our liking. Would come back again. Breakfast is not included but we went to an excellent Cafe 'The palace' right next to the hotel. Highly recommended.

There was no WLAN signal in our room, but we were mostly outdoors so it didn't matter for us anyway.

Exceptional

We liked everything!! Breakfast was great! When I was there last year, we had to go over to the hotel for breakfast so it was very nice to be able to have have breakfast at the B&B.

Sad, post-season "could care less" attitude towards guests.

The tiny room with a television from the 1980s that didn't work, in a property where there were no other noticable guests being lodged was, in a word: sad. No reason to book this hotel again.
