Séjour très agréable dans un cadre magnifique

Le personnel était très gentil. Le restaurant était très bon.

Une fuite des toilettes dans la chambre de mes enfants. Une odeur désagréable d’urine dans la salle de bain et la chambre. Sur les 3 nuits, rien a été réparé. Du coup, cela a duré toute la durée du séjour. Un geste commercial pour le désagrément encouru aurait été mérité et appréciable.

Hillside oasis

Beautiful hillside location that allows you to get away from the very crowded San Vito lo Capo but only 10-15 mins away We did half board so had a very nice breakfast and either lunch or dinner included. We ended up having a third meal there on two occasions as the food is so delicious. I regret not asking for a cooking lesson to learn how to make their paccheri pasta with pistachio and red prawns (ps no idea if they offer that!) The pool is small, but it gets shade which in 42C heat meant it was a very nice temperature and frankly a welcome relief Beautiful features and well designed we booked very last minute as our flight was cancelled and we had to stay in Sicily for extra days, but this made it very pleasant

The stairs to our daughters’ suite were frankly dangerous - they need some kind of railing / warning. I wouldn’t put an old or inflexible person in that room. Having said that two of the teenagers did fall down the stairs but they’re bouncy at that age

Beautiful hotel.

Location was beautiful up in the hills, the facilities were great and well maintained,the staff very polite and accommodating. We would say a car hire is a must to get about and visit local beaches, restaurants and shops etc We ate at the restaurant at the Hotel once but preferred to go out to San Vito lo capo as there was much more choice and value for money.

We would of loved to have a tea- coffee facility in the room.

Wonderful stay

The hotel and the staff were amazing. Breakfast was great and had a wide variety of foods and beverages. The room in which we stayed was very cozy and comfortable. Also, everyone from the hotel staff was really helpful to all our requests and was really kind!

Great location and nice buildings with the nicest sea view and garden

A lot of mosquitos and flies, bring an insect repellent if you can !!

Service could have been better, we waited for one bottle of water for 20 min at 40 degrees and sometimes the staff couldn’t speak English at all, which was very difficult ….

Very nice place to stay - we loved it!

Everything was wonderful. The place is nice, the room was very big and clean. Delicious rich breakfast, Nice and quiet area, close enough to San Vito lo Capo and the beautifull Lo Zingaro nature reserve. We had a wonderful time, thank you!

Exceptional

There is no words to describe the beauty of these place! Between the mountains with the amazing sea view. The massage and the food was also great. The stuff members was really nice.

The water in the shower wasn't hot enough... And if the jacuzzi in the terrace was hot it could have been amazing

Hotel is located in a quiet place in the mountains, very quiet and peaceful place Friendly and very professional staff

Friendly and very professional staff , nice location in the mountains with beautiful view , good swimming pool Super good restaurant with super delicious food and big choice of best Sicilian wines , very good wine kaart We were appreciate a location , it’s about 7 km from the beach and sun hit and very peaceful to stay on the swimming pool. Good place for a cool stay .

Hotel has a policy to pay extra money for a beach towels: first set you receive for free but in case they are wet and dirty you need to pay extra 3€ for a change But there is not enough facilities where you can even dry this. In case you book via booking com and not direct with hotel , you need to pay extra for a shuttle or to go with your own car and to pay extra for the parking in SAN Vito li Capo , there is not a change room on the beach ,to go to the restroom you need to pass the bar . The rooms are small and there is not any windows, so you always in a dark as in cave .

Chic, calm, perfect

A complex of old buildings has been modified with modern elements and materials in a very talented way. The botanical garden with all its beautiful mediterranian plants offers lots of different niches and views to leisure. The highlight is the wonderful infinity pool in the middle of this paradisical compounds. The location on a cliff and the views are spectacular. To just stay in for a day or two or more is just a pure peasure. The staffmembers are exeptionally friendly and attentiv. The whole atmosphere in this place is a treat.

There is nothing I can think of. Even the products in the bathroom were above standard, and the beachtowels and the loungers too, and so on, and so on,...
