Séjour agréable dans un hôtel bien situé

L’accueil du personnel souriant et très sympathique, très serviable qui nous a gentiment gardé les valises en attendant notre chambre et même à notre départ. L’emplacement est idéal.

Petit déjeuner sans aucun intérêt. Très bruyant ( surtout le samedi soir ) toute la nuit.. musique à fond provenant de l’extérieur.

Basic hotel in a great area!

The location was amazing! Big room with great aicon. The breakfast was really lovely, so was the lady who served it. Next door is a taco place which connects to the hotel WiFi so you can have a drink there.

There was no room in the bathroom to put anything. Not even a hook for a towel. My room (307) was right above a bar which was fine, except for the huge pumping sound throughout the night. Air circulation maybe? Staff didn’t speak English but was friendly nonetheless. No bar or restaurant but the was more than enough to do around the hotel.

Reservation and check in process Very boring. Room was locked but even só It was open by unknown person during the night. Noise from guests and from bars in the neighborhood is absurd. Room is Very bad furnished.

Not for the light sleeper

Excellent attention

Door lock was never repaired during my stay. Fortunately, nothing major happened; there are security cameras everywhere. There are two bars at each side of the hotel from 2 PM to 2 AM so bring your noise cancellation devices or just join the party.

Dissatisfied

The location is excellent. Very clean.

2 of 3 nights without hot water on the floor. They refused to change the room. The 3 nights were very noisy due to a bar restaurant next to the hotel.

Disappointing

The hotel is close to bars and restaurants The cleaning staff and the woman that was in charge of breakfasts were AMAZING

The hotel had no water service whatsoever during our stay. The staff memebers that were at the front desk were terrible and at some point one of them was very rude. One of the curtains just fell and it was not fixed, so everyone could see what we were doing from outside The kitchen was closed most of the time and they were not prepared at all for any emergency Due to the lack of water we were not able to use most of the common areas.

2 days with no running water

the water went out for entire hotel. kept being told it was being fixed. staff given ni info but got us containers of water to flush toilets... no running water for 2 days... still waitng to find out if they are refunding anything

The rooms with windows outside are decent. Friday to Saturday it was like you would have your own disco on your room up to 3-4 am.

the Jacuzzi

It was just party all night. loud, loud and loud. Not sure who wrote its quite. Party is all around and the music stops at 3am at any day of the week. The beds were hard and super for us as we like it that way. breakfast is really small though the staff was very friendly.

The fact that they charged more money than they should for my room. Be careful and check the amount before paying the hotel!!

Well located and easy access to tours and taxis. The breakfast was really good and cooked on order. The kitchen staff were really nice.

The internet was bad. There is a club next door and it's very loud. The room needs renovation. There is no elevator, which can be hard on older people.

Great basic hotel in the center of Poblado.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast on the rooftop was filling. The location is right next to Parque Poblado, nearby to many street food stalls, restaurants, and bars. It's also within walking distance of the Metro, an Exito Wow, and Provenza.

The amenities in the room are basic, but for the value it's comfortable. The rooms have no insulation from the noise, whether it be the hallway or nearby restaurants, bars, or people in the park. The noise level from the taco restaurant/bar next door is next level and doesn't stop until 2am. But if you like to stay out late, this won't bother you!

The location is perfect

The staff is rude, never experienced anything like this on a hotel before. There was no wifi connection in our room and when we asked the reception they didn't care. The pillowcase was not clean. Sleeping using earplugs is a must because of the bar underneath the hotel, who play loud music until 6 am, every day.

if you want to sleep - dont stay here. its like being in row 1 of a rock concert at the weekend

the absolutely lovely friendly smiley lady that served breakfast. the bed was comfy it was handy for tours of medellin

omg the noise was incredible. if you want to sleep here get drunk and also take a sleeping pill. Its insane! especially on the weekend. And hot water was not always guaranteed. you need to spring for an upgraded room if staying here cos mine just felt like a basic box with no natural light

Good hotel, centrally located with lots of bars and restaurants. Therefor quite noisy.

Hotel was right in the middle of the party district of Poblado. Room was spacious with good beds. Breakfast was simple but ok.

Since it is in the middle of the party district we had loud music till 04.00 in the night.. So be prepared and bring earplugs! Or, if you like, just join the party! (We were traveling with young kids so that was not an option.. :-) ).

I did not enjoy anything about my stay at Hotel Tik Medellin

I disliked everything about my stay at Hotel Tik Medellin. I only slept 1-2 hours per night of the two nights I stayed at Hotel Tik Medellin because the hotel is smack dab in the middle of the loudest block in the biggest party area in El Poblado. The hotel is located directly above a rock and roll craft beer bar. It is adjacent to a huge outdoor bar. Both bars play loud music until 3 am. The hotel also has loud street noise because the block that the hotel is located on is a popular spot for people to hang out on the street and party. I was told that this was how it was every night at Hotel Tik Medellin. When I told the hotel staff I was leaving the hotel, they refused to refund me for my unused nights, telling me too bad, so sad. My bed was hard and uncomfortable. There are no safes in the hotel. Wifi access in my hotel room was poor.

Not a good place to rest. Very noisy and there is no elevator.

Great location. A lot of restaurants and bars around.

No elevator. Very noisy. Mu room was close to the reception because there was no one available to get my bag upstairs. People constantly talking at the reception.
