Good little stop over, clean spacious and cosy.

The room was spacious and enough beds for a family of 5.

Beside the old style air conditioning which could do with an update nothing really to complain about.

Good location, facilities adequate.

The room was somewhat basic but quite adequate, the bed was comfortable. The motel is quieter than most in Forbes, in terms of traffic noise, but there was the usual noise from other rooms. Location is convenient to the town centre.

No one is at reception, checkin was by phone. This means one couldn’t use the wifi as no password was given - there was no motel or town information in the room, so no help there. The parking spaces are very narrow which was a problem as nearly all guests had large utes squeezed into the parking spots. Probably would have been better to park in the street. Overpriced, though being off the highway may account for higher charge.

Terrible. Double booked. Overcharged, no bathroom lights. Terrible loud location.

Bed was clean.

I was moved to a different venue as they had clearly double booked me. They moved me to Adrian Motel and it was terrible. Place looked like it was falling over. Right on the highway - so noisy. The light in the bathroom didn’t work, so I had to shower with phone torch. Tried to over charge me by $30 too. Very dissapointing. Then I found out they had made another booking for me in Parkes. (I suppose in car they couldn’t find me something else in Forbes). They didn’t have the courtesy to let the Parkes venue know. This harms them and me. Not good enough.

A great place to stop on our journey south.

A very quiet, very clean motel room with comfortable bed. A short walk to the town centre to view gorgeous heritage buildings and nearby scenic river.

A nice comfortable atmosphere in the place, close to town.

The units were in the throes of being refurbished after recent floods and are a work in progress. Very handy to town centre, and very friendly owner. Great value for money.

As above - everything was perfect for me.

I was thrilled to find there was a toaster so I could make my own grain sourdough bread into crunchy toast to have with my crunchy peanut butter. I don't like UHT milk but I always carry my own fresh milk for my cup of tea. Very pleased to find an iron and ironing board so I could iron my crushed dress. The Locally made biscuits were delicious. Your domestic ladies were very helpful - please thank them for me. I was going to leave a note but couldn't find any blank paper in the drawer - maybe you could supply a couple of sheets of blank paper and a pen.

The hosts we're very friendly and helpful with information on where to get a good meal. Although close to town it was very quiet, bed was comfortable, the room was quite spacious and the price very reasonable. Would definitely return if passing through again.

exceptional staff, good location, clean and quiet but small room

couple who ran the property were exceptionally lovely and helpful. location was good. very clean and quiet.

position of shower head. no bedside table on one side. no fan in toilet. room was a bit tight, no where to sit if you use the bench to put your belongings on.

Property was in excellent condition, both inside and out. The owners have taken great care to ensure the comfort of guests. The property exceeded our expectations in every way.
