Angenehmes Hotel in toller Lage am Meer

Tolle Lage mit Meerzugang über die Felsen, nur durch eine Straße von Hotel getrennt.

Im Apartment für 4 Pers. war die Küchenausstattung schlecht

Buenas vistas al mar, pero lejos de todo

Las instalaciones comunes están muy bien. La recepción excelente de Daniela. Las vistas desde el apartamento. Las tumbonas de la piscina.

En el apartamento Girasole, faltan toma corrientes. Las 4 sillas todas flojas, se mueven. En el baño, el soporte de la ducha roto al igual que el porta toallas.

Turbūt šioje įstaigoje galima įvertinti, tai kad

Atvykome su šeima vakare. Abi administratorės anglų kalba nekalbėjo. Pradėjo reikalauti mokėti už papildomas paslaugas, kurios nebuvo nurodytos darant užsakymą. Bandant išsiaiškinti po valandos laukimo pranešė, kad mums vietos jų viešbutyje nebėra. Esu apkeliavęs visą Italiją, galiu pasakyti, kad šis viešbutis, jei taip jį galima vadinti, buvo pati baisiausia mano patirtis... Kas liečia vietą, tai visiškas užkampis, nė vienos parduotuvės, nei vienos maitinimo įstaigos arti nėra.

Sehr freundliches Personal beim Check In. Das Frühstück war ok...

Die Hygiene war gruselig. Direkt vor dem Zimmer große Haarbüschel und gebrauchte Toilettenpapier Reste. Die Toilette war nicht gereinigt, Fäkalienreste. Der Zahnbürstenbecher hatte einen dichten Schimmelbelag am Boden. Es roch wie ein Raucherzimmer. Sehr hellhörig und laut... Ich war aber zu müde, um etwas anderes zu suchen.

Effettivamente un po' distante dal centro .ma questo non lo penalizza x la tranquillità del posto .

Eccellente

Staff cordiale, presente il reception e disponibile. Camera come da foto, grande, pulita, accogliente. Vasca idromassaggio ben funzionante. Vista mare mozzafiato. Letto morbido. Posto silenzioso. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Migliorerei la doccia, l’acqua esce fuori facilmente e non mi è piaciuto il non poter scegliere tra il soffione grande fisso (unico presente) e un soffione piccolo.

great location and view, but room and pool service could way better

location was great, just in front of a beautiful small rock beach. swimming pool was very nice. view from the window was amazing g

1) daily cleaning and towel changing not included (very weird for a resort) 2) swimming pool closing at 6:30. again unexpected for a resort 3) we could only use 2 beach chairs and one sun ombrella at the pool, despite having a booking for 4 adults 4) plastic cutlery at breakfast- very unsustainable 5) room bit old, bathroom needs upgrade

Well maintained complex, but disappointing apartment

Kind and careful staff. Outside the apartment the complex Bluebay Residence Resort was very pleasant and maintained. It is located on the sea shore. You can park your car inside the complex. The apartment terrace is cozy place for breakfast.

Unfortunately our apartment was dirty especially the sofa and the floor. The most of furnitures and sink area needs replacing, due to stale. One of the beds creaks. Killed mosquitoes on the wall. The big problem that annoying us was the noise from a machine (may be swimming pool system) through the night. The swimming pool doesn't work.

Superb

This hotel is located in a very nice corner on the seaside. They are finishing to renew inside and outside premices, everything seems very new. Photos are very realistic, you look, you like, you book, no risk! The feeling is like small paradise! I also want to say that this hotel is managed by very honest people. As we were disturbed by construction staff around (the construction company being late to finish as planned), the hotel showed all flexibility. They agreed on partial cancellation and refunded our stay. They were very honest, we will be back for sure.

Really nice and attentive staff. We could rest in peace. Everything is well resolved.

The place really looks good, the garden and the pool area are really fantastic. The owner takes care of the place and spends on it. Everyone was really kind and they didn't bother us. If we needed something, we were able to speak immediately and received help within a short time. There are several buses, the bus stop is a 4-minute walk away. The nearest shop is a 12-minute walk away.

The hot water came intermittently. It was warm for half a minute, then colder, then warm again. Other than that, everything was fine.

Great location by the sea

The accommodation was lovely, great location and lovely staff close to the sea with amenities closeby

Just a small piece of feedback, the kitchen in the apparent could have used a few extra basics like -chopping board -kitchen knives -wooden spoons A nice extra touch would have been some basic coffees etc. All this easily bought closeby so not a massive issue.

Inside the complex was great but outside wasn’t.

it was in a run down area. no hairdryer. no where to eat within walking distance. distinct lack of kitchen utensils.

Extraordinary high class staying and gorgeous Jacuzzi room, great service and delicious breakfast with an english option as well. I'd like to spend there a night or two every month if I could!

Kids were using the pool area as a WWIII battlefield so if you want a quite stay ask to be put away from there (or just book a lovely jacuzzi room lime we did)

I had a good experience overall but I wouldn’t stay there again

The location, the proximity to the ocean, the view, the surrounding with a lots of beautiful trees and plants, lots of shade and lounges by the pool, the option of breakfast in property.

The main entrance gate was very difficult to operate The door to the balcony in our room wasn’t working properly, it was difficult to use The shower was very small and the water pressure very low The room door was extremely frustrating to lock and unlock There was not Air Conditioning in the rooms, only the living room, and it gets very hot at night The pool-bar area service was not the best, not very welcoming The requirement to wear a swimming cap to get in pool
