Disappointing
The hotel has issued by mistake invoices for an amount lower than what paid in advance through booking.com. After 3 weeks of reminders by email and by phone kindly asking to solve the problem issuing a new invoice the hotel Morada Heidesee and Morada Gifhorn (located a few km. from Heidesee) did not reply at all. It is totally disappointing and unacceptable.

Hotel was ok, good breakfast.
Paid in full during the stay, months after received second invoice for "no show" for 80% of the amount.

Well managed hotel
Clean and well equipped room. Good and various breakfast.
Wi-Fi speed could be improved it was really slooooow no metter if in morning or evening :-(

I can recommend this accomodiation for business and personal travellers!
Very tasty breakfast, you can choose form many options, nice, clean and big rooms, very nice place.
Wi-Fi is slower than expected, 1st attempt for connection failed, I need to ask for another user data and then, it was OK. But it is just cosmetic.
