Lovely peaceful ‘arty’ environment.
The rooms were well spaced for privacy and quiet. The Japanese influenced interior decor is novel and tasteful, with welcoming personal touches such as fragrant flowers and cookies.
Great cafe - food was fresh and really nicely cooked and presented.
Hosts Jill and Graham are friendly, generous and interesting.

Qdos is primarily an art gallery with wonderful accommodation in five separate tree houses, not actually in trees, but with fantastic views as if they were.
Wonderful staff with a lovely cheese platter and an excellent complimentary wine on arrival.
Beautiful, comfortable room. Excellent food. We could live there for weeks.
It’s simple luxury, so no TVs or spas.
