Very pleasant, highly recommended

The property is very beautiful with a big and clean swimming pool. The location was very good, near beach, supermarkets and nice bars and restaurants. The rooms are nice with equipped kitchen. The staff are very helpful, as it runs by a family, the feeling of being at home is there. We faced a situation that was necessary to buy some specific medicines, the owner helped me a lot, he took me to doctor at 11 pm to get the description.

If I want to mention something, I can say just about the sofa bed, that was not very comfortable.

the owner is very friendly, the garden very beautiful, the pool very big. the property is handled with so much love and care. extremely pleasant and relaxing

the kitchen equipment is a bit poor and the shower gives just a little water

Peaceful week. Ideal spot.

Wonderful pool area and rooms in a peaceful setting. Ideal for unwinding and catching up on some rest. Well kitted out. Gas bbq was a plus so we enjoyed grilling some local produce and sitting out in the beautiful gardens or by the gorgeous pool. Nice beach nearby (Gelsomineto) and would recommend a trip to Noto.

Beautiful setting with excellent pool

The place is stunning - set around a converted barnhouse with large, well maintained gardens. The swimming pool is great, with plenty of loungers and parasols. The rooms are a decent size and kept exceptionally clean, with everything you need to prepare simple meals. Each room has its own terrace area, which is where we ate all of the time. All the staff and the owners (who live on site) are really friendly and very helpful, it was a pleasure to see them every day. Location is great for jumping in the car to visit nearby towns, but not a lot to do immediately on foot. We had a very enjoyable stay here.

The venue also hosts weddings / events etc in the evenings. The owner explained to us that due to COVID they were playing catch up with postponed bookings, which meant that during our week stay, there was a wedding every other night. These typically started around 8pm, with the first 1-2 hours being a bit loud until the party moved to the far end of the garden. This was our first holiday with our baby and had we known this would be the case, we wouldn't have booked here. She got woken up by the noise only once though and I had to sleep with earplugs (but I'm a very light sleeper). Most people, especially if you're out in the evenings, wouldn't find this an issue. The bed and pillows were a bit hard, we had to request extra pillows. There's no washing machine in the room itself, which needs correcting in the description.

Majestic place

What a great and beautiful place! The rooms are modern with nice beds and a great shower. The most beautiful part of the place is the garden with the swimming pool. It’s nicely located about 10 minutes walk from a smal town with nice restaurants. The beach is about 5 min drive by car. You can reach Noto and Syracuse in 30 min by car. And last but least Antonio is a great host!

Just what we needed - a beautiful property in a fabulous location.

The property is incredible. Set in a very convenient location which is within easy travel to Noto and Ortigia for instance. The grounds are immaculately kept and there is a superlative pool. The actual apartment is very comfortable and well equipped.

On this visit the wifi signal wasn't behaving and the shower temperature wasn't quite hot enough for me. That said, these two things would NOT stop me from returning to a place which is quite simply heaven on earth. The owner is a wonderful and very helpful person who goes out of his way to accommodate his guests.

Superb

Great location- near to excellent beach, local town for shops, restaurants, etc, 20mins from old towns of interest Beautiful pool area with plenty sun loungers and terrace for relaxing in the evening. Lovely gardens. Room serviced daily. Helpful manager- great tips for places to visit and park.

Fantastic

Great place to be, good access to Syracuse and Noto. Host/owner is super helpful. 6stars!!! Wonderful terrace with views far reaching into hills and the sea.

If the weather was colder or wet (which it was not) the apartment with its superb terrace did not have a comfortable/nice alternative place to sit in the evenings as the bedroom with tv is quite plain without seating and the dining area is really just a rather bleak corridor.

I want to go back already

This place was an absolute dream! We found it last minute for the last night of our time in Sicily but wished we could have spent much longer. The apartment had everything we needed to cook (including good quality pots and knives!) and the bbq was great! The property itself is super spacious and the pool was amazing. Run by a lovely family. We hope to return again!
