Хотела е с добра локация.Близо е до зала Армеец.Ресторанта в хотела е много добър.Храната е вкусна,обслужването е на ниво.

Фитнеса се нуждае от ремонт на някои уреди,едната пътека не работеше,също така има нужда от по-сериозно почистване.

Old and dirty

The reception guy was friendly and helpful

Everything is not good The hotel is old. Towels smell like a goat. Not clean. There were hairs from the previous guests in the washroom on the floor. Air is not good. Difficult to breath. It’s exhaust from some back power. The gym is old. Orbitrecks are Chinese and non-functional. The dinner is disgusting. And waiters don’t know and don’t like their job. First they brought potato without anything. After 30 min they brought fish. And then they brought bread in the end. Breakfast is nothing to eat. Just eggs. It’s not even 3 star hotel. I would rate them as 1 or 2. Definitely not 4.

Worse hotel in Sofia

Nothing.

This place is a complete disaster, I have no idea why it has 4 stars, even one is too much. It was probably nice when it was build but this was a long time ago and nothing is properly maintained anymore. Furniture is old and partly broken, the kitchenette was empty, so I have no idea how you are supposed to use it. The air conditioning is old and very loud, so you have to switch it off during the night, then the room gets very hot (opening the windows is not an option, the street is very loud). The worse however is the cleaning and the reception personnel. The room was not properly cleaned, only the trash was taken away, bed was not made. I was there for a week, and during this time the floor was not cleaned at all, although I complained about this multiple times. The personnel at the reception is impolite and basically useless, did nothing when I complained; once the woman at the reception even shouted at me. This is not the only hotel in the area, go somewhere else.

Location is very good if you have a car and need parking. Not too far from centre but too far to walk in.

Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Supermarket and large shopping Mall nearby.

Swimming pool was 25leva extra, hour walk to centre. (15min Taxi) Drinks at the hotel were expensive and didn’t see any pubs or restaurants in the area.

Şehrin sakin bölgesinde güzel bir otel.

Tesis genel olarak temizdi, çalışanlar çok yardımcı oldu. Odalar 1+1 şeklinde ve çok güzeldi. Burada genel olarak park sorun ama otelin kendi ücretsiz otoparkı vardı.

ACCETTABILE, ma con molti limiti

La posizione è molto comoda per raggiungere l'aeroporto, il centro e anche l'autostrada verso PLOVDIV. La camera spaziosa e con balcone

Purtroppo la camera non era pulitissima ed inoltre quando son rientrato la sera, nessuno si era preoccupato di rimetterla a posto: è stato solamente tirata su la coperta del letto. Le bottiglie di acqua vuote sono rimaste dove le avevo lasciate e non hanno rimpiazzato la bottiglia di acqua piena. Per un viaggiatore BUSINESS la colazione non può partire dalle 7.30: con questi orari spesso non si riesce ad usufruire di questa servizio

The pool was out of order and we had to pay to access the sauna and jacuzzi though we we clients. This was not mentioned...

Большой, хорошо оборудованный номер. Красиво и со вкусом оформленный. С хорошим душем. С хорошей кухней. С хорошими затемняющими шторами. С большой кроватью.

- Номер грязный и им нет до этого дела. Разбросанный шоколад под столом нашёлся. Стульчак унитаза оказался заметно грязным. Кухня тоже оказалась грязной. Предложили такой же грязный номер взамен. Уборщица ушла, т.к. рабочий день кончился. Девочка на ресепшен не смогла организовать уборку номера, и даже не пыталась. Помыли туалет сами, т.к. сил не было искать другой отель и приехали не надолго. Уборщица на следующий день пришла в сапогах, в которых по номеру и ходила. Зачем приходила - не понятно. - Бассейн и сауна, работают только до 19. Мы приехали с намерением посетить сауну, о чем говорили заранее. В первый день не попали, т.к. в 19 часов она уже закрывается. Во второй день она оказалась неисправна. - Медленный WiFi. - В туалете нет гигиенического душа. - Отопление не включили заранее, до приезда. - Бесплатный чай в номере - это 2 пакетика чая на все время прибывания.

Despite we came around midnight, we smoothly got our room. Parking is near by with enough of space.

They didn't have the 2nd key so that two of us could split.

the greek restaurant ( Yamas ) it’s really great and the food is very delicious good and well equiped gym spacious rooms

the light in the rooms could be more lightly the breakfast can be more various, especially for vegetarians the invoice process…2nd time in the hotel and ‘tul now again nobody could issue to me directly the invoice, only per mail! Begore they asked me if I need the invoice with the company details or my pers det 4 time, in the mail I was asked again the receptionists can be more nice and friendly

Good place

Location is close to NV tower. Good breakfast when it's a buffet Nice rooms, with new furniture. Staff was very helpful and friendly all the time

Some of the breakfasts during this stay were not buffet and you had to order a dish. The food was still good, but you get less choice. Elevator was a bit strange, sometimes I could not understand if it's coming to my floor or not, so had to go on foot.

Could have been great but for the smell of smoke

Room was nice and clean.

Unfortunately, the room smelled of stale smoke, and my hair and clothes smelled of smoke the next day because of this.
