Location, the manager who transferred us was lovely and very responsive. He was super helpful too. We loved the spa!
Not having breakfast included for the price or anywhere inside the hotel to eat breakfast.
The pillows were too high for me but that’s always preference, overall it was great Accomodation

The outdoor spas were amazing, especially after a day on the slopes. The room was everything that I needed. The bar was one of the best on the mountain
Because I was at the bottom of the building the lights shone through the blinds at the window. Some additional window covering would fix the problem. Also, for the same reason I could hear The Man on Saturday night. Additional window covering would help with that as well

Being spring breakfast was limited but what was offered was great
Location is very good
Unfortunately being adjacent The Man Hotel was a bit noisy at night but not unbearable

Location was very convenient, facilities were nice and clean. Drying wardrobe in room was convenient. Store room was nice and big. Staff was excellent and very helpful. Restaurant was good. Spa was relaxing
King suite was a bit cramped, Reduced winter breakfast menu was unfortunate.

Included breakfast, free accommodation transfers. Great location close to gear rentals and Halley's Comet chairlift. Room was well presented and warm. Drying closet ensured that our wet gear would be warm and dry the next morning.
Our room had a bit of an ant problem in the kitchen area which was unfortunately not rectified during our stay. Noisy banging and thumping sounds from the restaurant above us up until about 11:30pm each night meant that it was hard to get an early night's sleep. We notified management early on and they spoke to the restaurant staff however nothing really changed. Shower doesn't have a proper screen so the water does tend to splash out quite a bit.

Good location. Nice staff. Leanne was very helpful and provided all information necessary as we went during holiday period where a lot of eating joints were closed. The room was nice and comfy.

Location was excellent. Genuine ski in ski out was so good. Mineral spa was great. Lovely clean linen.
The bathroom was not clean and the sink was blocked. Couch was not practical - too small and not enough seating.

- The spa overlooking the mountains was gorgeous. Not sure what it's like during winter, but we were there during summer and we had it pretty much to ourselves.
- Amazing décor and modern feel.
- Nice little bar with plush seating and friendly staff. It also has a seating area outside with an amazing view.
- The TV had Netflix set up for us with our names, was a nice little touch.
- Good central location within Falls Creek.
- We had a suite and the room is a bit cramped. Hard to open the kitchen door without hitting the bed and it's difficult for two people to move around.
- Towels weren't changed daily so after having a shower the first day they kind of stay damp the whole time.
- Agree with other reviews that pillows were very soft.
- Breakfast was very limited, just oats and a few slices of (not very good quality) bread. Spreads were hard to find then realised you have to ask for them, but people were not around to ask sometimes. I think this is because it's a summer menu (breakfast is probably better during winter), but I think the summer breakfast could be easily improved with higher-quality bread, a greater variety of spreads, and perhaps putting out a few more things like croissants and basic meats (hams etc).

Wonderful stay during a lockdown. Our kids loved it!
The lockdown but that wasn’t there fault

Staff (Jake) was fantastic, helping a couple of injured old codgers with luggage all the way to our car, we would have a lot of trouble otherwise. Thanks Jake!

Location was so close to everything. The staff were so friendly and accommodating to any requests we had. For our first time at the snow they made our experience a wonderful one. Can’t wait to book again next year. It was perfect.

Excellent location, perfect room and kitchen area, good facilities to store the bike. Friendly and helpful staff, really engaged with the customers, I was sitting out on the deck with a glass of wine and the owner checked in regularly to see if all was okay (e.g. umbrella for shade, another glass of wine, or anything else to make the stay more pleasant) and was keen to have a chat - which I really appreciated.
Being pedantic, but if I need to mention something, the pillows were too soft. But I guess that is a preference.

Very cool apartment complex with a great bar downstairs. Fantastic location for accessing all of the Village amenities. Beds very comfortable, kitchen well stocked and ready to use. Good size bathroom for a family of 5. Welcome from Manager was friendly and relaxed. Great access to different streaming services on the TV which was fantastic with younger children tired from a day of biking.
As we were there in summer, it was not always easy to find someone to assist us with a couple of minor things. This wasn't a problem just more of a comment. The apartment decor is very cool, but living room (couch/seating) is a bench seat which was a bit awkward/uncomfortable. Noise travels a little bit but being a family we didn't mind this and as summer we had windows/doors open so imagine in winter it isn't an issue. We didn't get to try restaurant due to being closed for season.

Friendly and helpful management of the location. Very modern and great central location in the village.
The queen bed mattress was way too soft (and pillows). Also the outside light to stairs stay on permanently at night and far too much light coming in even with blinds. Perhaps should have a timer.
