Très beau cadre et logement

- [x] The place is beautiful and inserted in a tropical forest setting but for the price several things didn’t match expectations.
In terms of amenities /utilities, out of 10 plugs 1 was working; no hand soap, no cleaning soap, 1 roll of toilet paper (consider 2 guests for 4 nights), no olive oil/ oil to cook
Be mindful there are really a lot of mosquitoes and bugs so come prepared with repellent and cream for bites (even in the pans cabinet we found a cockroach).
There are no mosquito nets on the windows so you have to keep all the windows closed at all times which is really a shame as the surrounding view is great.
If you have trouble sleeping bring ear plugs as the noise from the birds is really loud at night.
Overall communication was really difficult with the host (there is nobody in the property), as an example we were told the cleaning fee was not included and we would have to pay 35 euros or clean the place. As we didn’t have cleaning soap we tried contacting the host in the 2 days prior to our departure with no success until she finally picked up the night before leaving to agree that as there were no cleaning products in the lodge we would be excused to do this.
The place is really beautiful but not worth the money.

Beautiful location, very confortable house and very friendly staff

Recycling - although seemingly a general problem here is not taken seriously. On paradise islands throwing plastic bottles in the bin feels foul (knowing that around the Island some places and communities have a solution) from later experience
9.2
beautiful green surroundings, nice swimmingpool,
