About this apartment rental
Lovely condo in a gated community with pool, at Monte Sol in Fajardo. This property is available for shorter and long-term rentals up to 90 nights. It is great for relaxation yet close to attractions such as El Yunque Rain Forest, Las Croabas bio-luminescent lagoon, and beaches (Luquillo & Seven Seas). Beautifully furnished, A/C, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, indoor laundry, balcony, sleeps eight (top grade bedding), Wi-Fi, Direct TV cable, DVD player and movies, equipped kitchen w/utensils, pots, pans, small appliances & covered parking. Condo is within walking distance to shopping & restaurants. Pool is only a five-minute walk from condo. Basketball court, playground, and pools for family fun and activities. Why pay more when you can put your money to use for other activities such as a ferry (10-minute drive away) trip to Culebra and Vieques, a short-day trip to the U. S. Virgin Islands, a short drive to golfing, swimming, historical area of Loiza, only 55-minute drive by expressway to historical San Juan, and so much more. Place was clean on the surface but found trash/dust behind furniture. Really needs a deep cleaning. We bought plastic bed covers after finding bugs on bedding. Will not stay there again.

Condo was everything we wanted and more! Spacious enough for our family of 6. We loved having a pool on site and spent a lot of time there. Condos location was in a perfect spot for us, right next to a grocery store and close to everything we wanted to do with the kids. Yunque, bio bay, and the ferry to culebras. Having a washer and dryer made things so easy for us especially with kids. We loved the condo. If we stay in Fajardo again we will rent again. 10/10 will recommend to everyone wanting to travel to that area. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Stayed on this property for 9 nights. It had everything I expected and more. The 3 bedrooms accomodate at least 6 people comfortably. The property had everything you would need for a day day at the beach; beach chairs, pool noodles, small cooler, and beach toys. My family and I had a great stay. Highly recommended. I would stay at this properly again.

Here are some concerns,
a) When arriving we could not find the apartment,0 indication was posted, we left the managers numerous messages. She never returned our call. We had the help from the security guard to reach the owner so we can enter the property. This procedure took over 1.5 hours.Very frustrating. Once we entered we discovered a water leak in the kitchen,which we advised VRBO ,the next day they sent a repair man and he tried to fix it however did not succeed. They sent another repair man and he found a leak in the bathroom bowl,he decided to remove the toilet bowl ,but he could not repair as he was missing parts, need to come back the next day to finish the repairs. Never advising us of this repair when we got home we used the toilet and found out it had been disconnected and there was not water in the bowl so we could flush. While the original leak in the kitchen was never fixed. Lets move on to the next issue, the kitchen pots and pans are every old and all teflon pans were better for the garbage than to cook in. Kitchen need a lot of love. For all these issues ,they offered us no compensation what so ever. The last issue is the washer and dryer, we stop using it as it sounds like a jet engine when drying.
Now for the good parts, the property is very well located,lots of space for 6 people to comfortable, stores in walking distance ,pool is very clean. Great TV programming lots of channels

Everything that you see in the pictures of the condo is exactly what you get. Quiet area guarded 24 hrs throughout the week, you have beaches close by. The property owner always answers her phone ready to assist you to make your stay comfortable. I recommend this place to anyone. My wife and I enjoyed it

Good location for our needs. Close to 7 seas beach, and easy access to main roads. Owner great communicator. Property manager not as great. Owner did allow an earlier check in, but property manager response was slow and ended up getting in 30 min earlier. Bought some new towels, and left them for future guests. This unit is on the 3rd floor. Quiet neighborhood.

The house was located in a nice area. My experience was good. The only thing I can say is the location. Vrbo shows this house in Florencio. The house is not located in Florencio but in Quebrada Vueltas. Also the swimming pool is not exactly the way is showed in the advertisement. I never saw the swimming pool, I was informed about the swimming pool but I never call to make reservation to use the pool. Overall the house was good place to stay.

The complex itself is somewhat rundown and the pool area (which needed to be booked in advance because of covid) was not very inviting with no pool chairs and less than clean surfaces. We used it only once, which was a little disappointing since my teen agers were most excited about pool time in the late afternoons. Instead they watched TV in the condo. The complex was secure and covered parking was great. The place was very secure and within easy driving distance of many attractions. There was a large grocery store a two minute walk from the complex. Overa,l great value for the price. despite the somewhat faded exterior.

The kitchen was dissapointing and needs upgrade when you find a dirty nasty cutting knife and a molde microwave it makes you not wanna use the kitchen so we bought paper products and decided not to cook in it. Only used the greca to make coffee. Ate out. So If you wanted to stay and make meals they need to fix kitchen and upgrade it
The ac in the living room frozen twice and we followed the no turn on living room fan rule but.you leave it.off and next.day is ok. We weren't in the apt much so ok. There isn't a toasted like it.read but a sandwich grilled but again we weren't using kitchen stuff bcuz of.how it.was

Birthday Vacation
This place truly fits 6 comfortably. Every room has its own air conditioning unit which can be rare in Puerto Rico. It was located in a safe gated community that is close to everything. There is a grocery store in walking distance. The host was very nice and the place was clean. It was a perfect stay. I am very grateful to have found this apartment.

Our family of 5 stayed comfortably and then some. We had everything we needed and plenty of room to do it. The place was clean, safe, and in a convenient location central to everything-a supermarket, bakery, the highway....I mean, GREAT location!
Rafael, the Property Manager was great and even met us at the airport at crack of dawn (literally) and made sure we had all the information (instructions & directions) for an easy check-in. Thank you Rafael, you're awesome!
We definitely recommend and we would definitely stay again!

This has been my third time staying here. Rafael is really nice and makes you feel right at home. The place is warming and really clean. It is also very quiet area. It has everything you need. You have the supermarket, pharmacy, and fast food places within walking distance. I cannot wait to plan my next trip!

Quiet getaway. Clean and comfortable. We had a great time. The kids enjoyed the pool and little park next to the building. Grocery store, pharmacy and fast food literally 2 minutes away (walking). We loved it, thank you!!!

Great place, great location!!
We were unsure what to expect after Maria, but I'm glad we decided to continue with our Puerto Rico vacation plans! The property was in great condition and the owner, Felix, was quick to respond to any message I sent prior to our stay. Upon arrival, the property manager, Rafael, stayed until we got to the property (almost an hour late). We had plenty to do in the area and took several day trips to other areas around the island. Great place and I highly recommend it!!

We loved our stay in Fajardo. ( 7/24 - 7/31/2017. The condo was very clean and comfortable. It was very close to the stores, beaches and kioskos. It is very safe and secure. The manager Rafael was very nice. He waited until we got there; we were lost for a while. Thank you so much for everything. Yes, I would stay at this condo again. Mr.& Mrs. Mantilla
