Amazing and modern

The location was great and very easy to get to the main parts of town from. The staff were so helpful and gave us suggestions and directions for all sorts of things. The best part was all the amenities they offered such as a coffee bar, iron and ironing board, hairdryers, glasses, utensils, anything you could think of. The room was spotless and so comfortable and the balcony was lovely. Genuinely couldn’t fault it.

Outrageously expensive, very bad quality/price ratio, construction works ongoing, you feel you are in the middle of this works, very dark rooms, dirty shared terrasse under construction

Would definitely recommend, central and clean!

The place was very clean and we had the option to have it cleaned every day which was a nice touch! Mariano was always available by text and the access to biscuits and coffee in the lobby was a bonus when heading out for the day! :)

There was construction work going on in the building which meant our balcony had a very obstructed view which we weren’t aware of when booking, however it didn’t affect our stay that much as no noise came with it! It would have just been nice to know before our stay when booking. Apart from that we would recommend A suites as the location is perfect and felt homely in Sorrento :)

Great communication. Great suite.

Mariano had great communication throughout the whole booking process and during our stay. Clear instructions were given on how to access the suite & keys. Mariano also organised a taxi to pick us up and take us to the Ferry port at the end of our stay. We never met in person so he is the man, the myth & the legend. We stayed in the Rainbow room which has 2 separate bedrooms. The whole place is very clean. The bathroom has an extra large shower with a huge shower head and also a hand held shower hose. The water pressure was not great in the shower head, so we used the hose instead. The fridge came with complimentary water bottles & a bottle of wine. There is a safe in the bedroom. There is also a mini clothes line/stand & pegs provided. There is a kettle & 3 mugs in the other bedroom. Complimentary Tea/coffee/sugars/milk/biscuits are located in the reception foyer. Plastic cutlery kits are provided/individually wrapped with a serviette and spare toilet rolls are also located in the reception area. Everything has been thought of.

The only downside is that the building is not soundproof, so you hear all of the traffic noise as it is on a main road.

Very good location and walking distance from Main Street! Comfortable also ! The company made us aware prior to our stay that there was construction being done to the outside of the building which was good to know prior so we weren’t shocked on arrival ‘

We had construction work throughout our stay. Although the worker noise didn’t effect us as we were out during the day whilst work was being done, it did effect the view from our room and balcony access. The organises were very good and made us aware of this prior which we were thankful for

It is a shame the hotel does not have a safe place to drive into and unload/pick up, this greatly effected my eating

location is close to train and Sorrento shops, quite easy. very clean and comfortable rooms & beds, complimentary wine, water & coffee

no safe place to drop off suitcases, guests, no site driveway to unload or pick up, you are expected to double park on the very busy main road, very dangerous, I actually got a flat tyre doing so. Shower only worked from one outlet, toilet paper kept falling off the holder, no fan in bathroom.

Great place and location!

This property is in a great location and has a modern interior. Mariano was super helpful and on hand for any questions and reccommendations. the Air Con works great and the beds are super comfy. We even had some water and wine left as a gift! Really great space right by the centre of sorrento, about a 3 minute walk!

We were not made aware the balcony was shared with other rooms, we did not use it in the end but warning would’ve been appreciated. Alongside this, we staying in yellow room and the shower door did not close properly, leaving water running all over the floor of the bathroom. However if this was fixed it would be perfect!

most recommended for a family stay. very close to the main center. the host was amazing!

the place was great. we were in the rainbow suite which is great for family with 2 teenagers. the host was so polite and provide assistance in places we can eat. also very important- parking. we had a parking saved for us for the whole stay,.

Highly recommended, convenient location!

Hotel was in extremely convenient location, within walking distance of the main piazza and beaches, and surrounded by many stores, and places to eat. The room itself had all the necessities and a cute balcony that overlooks the local street. The host was very responsive, helpful, and gave us great recommendations and accommodations.

Small thing… The shower door wasn’t secure towards the bottom which makes the water run out onto the floor. We had to put many towels down to try and keep the floor dry when showering.

The location was great. We could walk to the beach easily. It was very close to train and bus station. Also the communication was excellent as all the instructions were provided clearly. Also a free wine and water was provided as a gift as well.

Short trip to experience some of the Amalfi coast

very convenient for walking into centre of Sorrento, and the host very kindly provided a bottle of wine and some water for our first night stay. Easy access to property with clear instructions from host.

Road can get a bit noisy with traffic…but that is Italy!!!

Fantastic stay in Sorrento

Easy to understand instructions for checking in with videos explaining how to get into the building and then how to access the room. Nice touch with complimentary bottle of wine and 4 bottles of water in the fridge. Location was fantastic, less than a 5 minute stroll to the main square and train station.

We didn't spend too much time in the room other than to sleep but if I had to nitpick the view from the balcony wasn't great as it is just the road but this wasn't a big deal for us.

overall best experience we have had

Everything about our stay here was perfect. Location(could not be any closer to the town square) comfortable, safe, quiet, clean - not one thing I could fault. Mariano the host was always there to help with anything straight away, the lovely cleaning lady always checking in with us too every morning if we wanted our room service.

nothing to fault and will definitely be returning. one thing to note for anyone looking for a sea view we did stay in the green room which had a view of the other side of the apartment block - still very pretty!

Friendly staff, very helpful.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful, I cannot fault them at all. Rooms were clean and had cute little SMEG fridges in with bottled water and wine in. The location was good too, a fair distance from the beach but still accessible on foot if you’re not bothered about walking. Close to town centre, took less than 10 minutes to walk it.

While the rooms are kitted out well, they’re not as luxurious looking as the pictures. The exterior of the building looks very run down as does the inside too which wasn’t what I was expecting. Despite this, it was a lovely place to stay.

Great little base to explore

Handy location for exploring town, 24hr access, amazing team who couldn't do enough to help us. Room was spotlessly clean and the free drinks were a nice touch too. Balcony was nice too! AC was perfect and kept the room nice and cool. Everything worked great and the room was decently sized - so was the bathroom.

It's Sorrento, so all hotels are expensive, but the hotel is basically three rooms inside a converted apartment. If I paid this price in London I'd be frustrated, but compared to the rest of what is available in Sorrento this was pretty good. Not heaps of natural light in our room.

We did not feel like we were in a hotel or a public accommodation, We had a hard time to locate the suites from outside there was no signs to help us to find the hotel. The customer service and the reception was really poor. We were not able to use the wifi although it was listed as one of the amenities.

This property is in the most perfect location- a few hundred metres from the train station and the main town. Italy is extremely hot this time of year (July) so it was such a bonus to be able to have the flexibility to be able to pop in and out to the beach and the town back to the apartment. The apartment was modern, clean, very comfortable, it had an awesome balcony, and we had a little fridge with some wine ! The host Mariano, answered all my questions quickly and efficiently and it made the trip so much easier as I could make decisions quickly. As an apartment (Airbnb) host myself, I appreciate and understand how important it is to make guests stay easy, comfortable and hassle free (and how important and appreciated little extra touches can be) and I really feel like A Suites ticks all the boxes. I am so very glad we chose to stay at this property for our first stay in Sorrento. Grazie Mariano and the team at A Suites! 10/10!

Best place in Sorrento

Absolutely loved this place, amazing location and easy to walk to. Just be mindful of stairs. Clean, spacious, comfy, couldn’t ask for anything more! Amazing facilities which covers all your needs. The housekeeper was super kind and helpful when we needed her help, staff communicate quickly on message. Would recommend to everyone!

Would be great to have a black out blind other than that it’s the best!
