Perfect location! Spectacular newer construction....this newly built Diamanté property is perfectly located on Wesley Avenue. Walk to the beach, boardwalk, Asbury shops, restaurants, Starbucks, EVERYWHERE! Property address is 1012 Wesley Ave., Ocean City.
This first floor condo is a beauty and features 6 bedrooms and 4.5 baths that can accommodate your large family/group. Lots of upgrades include hardwood flooring, tiled bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, and high end finishes. Parking in garage, parking pad, and unlimited NO METER off-street parking!
Bedrooms have a flat screen TV, ceiling fan. Bedroom layout is:

Simply Amazing
This house is fabulous! Location is incredible- just a few short blocks to the beach and boardwalk. Also the house itself is wonderful- everything is brand new, great sized rooms, and the family room/kitchen area is beautiful and easy to accommodate large groups. The only downside is sometimes you can hear the guests who are staying above you, but obviously all the amazing benefits far outweigh that!! I hope to stay here again!

Fall family vacation
Our family vacation in Ocean City NJ was great. The house had lots of space and the location was great, close to boardwalk, shopping, ice cream etc. This was our first time renting through VRBO. The one thing we would do different next year is rent the upper level because the noise we heard below from the toilets flushing was extremely loud. Other than that we were very pleased.

Fantastic Rejuvenation
Our huge family has vacationed in Ocean City NJ for over 20 year and now that we have grown with marriages and grands during that period we needed more space. In our new summer home we found so much more than a larger space. It was warm, spacious, modern, relaxing, comfortable, near the boardwalk, shops, with escape areas to just chill. We all...5 months to 17 to 68 in age thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Already planning for 2020!!!

Beautiful house, great location!
This house is beautiful and well equipped with everything you need! The living, dining, kitchen area is open and feels spacious for a larger group. The bedrooms, minus the master, feel a bit tight. But not a reason not to stay here. My only suggestion for improvement, would be to add more hooks in the bathrooms and bedrooms to hang towels. Our family, a crew of 13 had a wonderful week here! Maryellen was lovely and quick to respond to all questions!

Amazing house for large family
Our family had a wonderful stay at this house. We had family members coming and going over the course of a few nights, but at the most, we were 15 adults and 2 children, and the house accommodated us comfortably. We had a very rainy stay, and the house was large enough that we could all hang out inside and be together without feeling like we were on top of each other. Maryellen was wonderful to work with and was very responsive when I had questions, even offering us a late checkout when I asked. I would love to rent from her again!

Great house for a family vacation! Great location!
This was the first time our whole family came to ocean city for the week for vacation and everyone had a great time! The location was extremely convenient to the boardwalk and the beach. The house was very nice and accommodated our group of 15 people very well. It had plenty of showers so we could all get done easily at night. The beds were comfortable and everyone had their own room so the adults could stay up at night when the kids went to bed. The owners were also very responsive for anything we needed in a very timely manner. We were able to find parking for all of our cars on the street in front of the house too so everyone was very close to the house. We would definitely like to stay at this house again and would highly recommend it to any family visiting this area.

The house is very well maintained, clean and modern. The owner is also very responsive. E.g. when the shower curtain broke, she sent someone to fix it immediately.

My family enjoyed every second of our stay at this property for our week long vacation! This house is the ultimate location and the property was beautifully well kept and fit our needs perfectly! A perfect property for large families seeking a beach vacation. The home is beautiful and well maintained. Right down the block is the beach and boardwalk which is tons of fun for the kids. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic Property, Location, and Rental Experience!
We were three generations of 9 adults and 7 children and this Ocean City home was a good fit for all of us! From a well-stocked kitchen with state of the art appliances to beautifully decorated rooms and comfortable beds, this well-appointed home had everything we needed! Not having to pack beach chairs and umbrellas was a big help, and having a beach caddie and beach tags was an added bonus. The location was perfect, with a short walk to the boardwalk, restaurants, and shops. The owners made us feel very welcome by responding quickly to our questions and ensuring that we had a great vacation. They were a pleasure! We all had a great time and would definitely rent this beautiful home again!

Perfect Location!
Wonderful location, we could walk to shops, Starbucks, beach, etc. In the heart of it all. Clean, new and fabulous! Loved this home and location. Fully stocked kitchen. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach wheel-barrow provided was super helpful and made packing a breeze. LOVED IT!
