The owner phoned me at 22.00 and disrupted my stay/sleep to ask if I had made it into the apartment which has never been asked before. He had a really bad arrogant attitude along with the wife that keep shouting on the phone. I recommend not staying in this apartment as we will not be using this apartment ever again.

Nice apartment with themed decor, the tea set on the kitchen counter was a nice addition. Heating was good, plenty of hot water and loads of room in the car park. Hosts were good communicators, provided detailed instructions.
Nothing really, would have liked the sofa bed to have been set up for us or instructions about where to find linen/ towels etc for our third person.

Lovely kind touches. Bottled water, canned G&T, Mints on the bed, bath robes.
Also, I left my sons pillow and Graham had washed it and placed it in a safe place for me to collect! So, so kind and totally over and above what they needed to do.
That we only stayed one night!

Everything was perfect. So much thought & warmth from Sharon & Greg on design and decor. They gave me lots of information on local area too.
The north east coast of Scotland is so beautiful & tranquil and still have convenience of lots of tourist attractions, restaurants and lovely boutique shops.

Lovely and clean! Easy to contact the owners. Nice little touches left for us. Great style. If staying for longer, there are washing machines and truble dryers.
The how-to book and menues that were left, we found very helpful
Storage heaters, they were turned off when we got there, so the house was freezing at night. We had to go and buy hot water bottles. Managed to get the bedroom heater on, thankfully.

A lovely comfortable and spacious apartment with everything we needed for our short stay. Some of the restaurants suggested were closed at the beginning of the week as late in the season but the co op was very convenient for provisions
It was perfect

Really lovely apartment in a quiet and peaceful location. Very good quality finishes throughout and safe off street parking. About a 20 minute walk into Nairn town centre.
Nothing we loved it!

The apartment was a lovely place to retreat to on an evening after walking each day. It was very light, airy, comfortable and very well appointed. I loved the stag theme throughout. It felt very safe and everyone in the area was friendly. Lots of finishing touches - shortbread on arrival and treats for doggy, housecoats hung up ready for use, towels on bed, bedtime chocolates. Hosts were very attentive on my arrival and keen to ensure I had arrived safely, everything was to my liking and requested that I contact them should I require any assistance.
Host a little slow to answer my queries but it was a VERY last minute booking and a working day.
This is the only property where I have stayed where there was no flexibility on check in time.
After booking the property, bit disappointing to find that there was a £20 additional dog cleaning charge. Please note this additional charge was at the cleaning companies request not the owners.
Feel the only thing the property lacks is a dishwasher. Guests are asked to clean up after themselves, which is perfectly acceptable and normal, but some of the cutlery was a little dirty. Also in Covid times, you can't be too careful.

The property was lovely, layout great, very clean & tidy and tastefully decorated. Great communication pre our visit & lots of helpful advice. Also liked the little extras; G & T in the fridge, treats for the dog, use of dressing gowns.
The location was a little far from the Beach, which is where we spent most of our time. Our dog is young & as such much of the time we had to carry her up & down the external stair, which was hard going. No parking space available initially due to poor parking by others.

Greg met us on first day but we had already accessed the apartment which was absolutely beautiful, exceptionally clean and really well equipped. Everything you would need was there and what we really appreciated was all the nice wee touches like the things they provided such as two welcome G&Ts teabags, coffee, shortbread, milk, shampoo, shower gel. So thoughtful.
There was nothing we didn't like about the accommodation or the hosts.

The comfort and location of the apartment was exceptional and would definitely recommend! Loved the theme of the apartment and felt very like home.
Could not have asked for much more but quite a long walk to the beach so a taxi or car might be needed.
