All the property was good. Good decor, not luxury, but felt luxury. Is really comfortable and spacious. The terrace was really great too.
If you want to stay in heart of Antwerp, but don't feel that you are in a touristic area, this is the spot.

The property felt tired and in need of redecoration. The photos on the website were obviously taken quite a number of years ago.

the beds were a bit old and too soft. it’s a pity we were not welcomed by anyone

Great location
The listing we booked was for an apartment, and looks like an apartment in the listing photos, but this wasn't an apartment. It's two en-suites with separately keyed doors connected by an unsecured stair landing and tiny tiny kitchen. As in, when you come up the common stairs, there is a small kitchen in the unsecured stair landing directly in front of you and a locking door to a suite on each side. It is two rooms, not an apartment. One suite has a dining table and a sofa and the other has a desk. It would work well for two individuals or couples but was not a good fit for our family (we hoped to have our preschool age son sleep in a separate bedroom, but we would have either have had to lock him in or leave it completely unsecured, with the only access to the other room being through the stair landing adjacent to the scary stairs) -- we would have booked somewhere else if the set up of the rooms had been apparent from the listing, but it wasn't. The spiral stairs are treacherous and almost impossible to get luggage up and down, even for two fairly agile thirty somethings who pack light. We managed, but it would be very difficult for anyone with even minor mobility issues or small children.

The property is situated at a great location with easy access to it's surrounding amenities.
The rooms have high ceilings and still has many of the original fittings which give you a feel of the original architecture.
Great for a long weekend away and easy to explore what the city of Antwerpen has to offer.
Kitchen is well equipped which facilitates self catering needs but could do with a microwave.

Great architecture of building and nice Graphic design of objects. lovely beds and sheets.
a bit of vibration from the tram.

The flat was very nice and comfortable. Very near the city center.
The room was very noisy.

Beautiful decoration, nice patio
Absolutely horrible sewage smell.
No sound isolation: you could hear everything neighbours upstairs were doing and of course whole apartment was shaking when the tram was passing by.
We got 1.5 rolls of toilet paper for 3 days stay and staff didn't bring us any more even if they said they would.

The upstairs neighbors were very noisy and did not stick to the no noise policy of 10pm

The place is gorgeous: tidy, comfortable and hip. Rooms and bathrooms were great. The kitchen in the city apartment is also super, spotless and well equipped. It had oil, salt and basics like that to cook plus coffee tabs, sugar, etc. Really very generously filled and practical. Loved the little terrace, the decoration and the space, so roomy!! We rented both apts (big family) and the host kindly arranged the ground floor for us, with a large table and another kitchen to use for our meals, amazing!! The location was exceptional and the host wonderful, will recommend it and definitely come back. Each apartment seemed great for a family trip, loved it.
The windows are wooden and in most rooms we couldn’t open them for ventilation (charming old houses have their quirks..!) I am also not really into “scents” and the place used these for perfume across the house and it felt a bit strong. I was the only one minding the scents, the rest of the family was fine with it so it can be just me.

Location, space and style were fantastic
The curtains were very thin and because of the lamppost just outside the window the room was very light at night.
We had to go through the other bedroom to go the toilet.

Movie night offer (extra payment) was nice. Good location. Nice old building. Nice furniture/interior.
Description doesn't fit- there are only 2 rooms, which one is a bedroom and second room has bed and sofa (sitting area) and dining table. Heavy noise from the street (from early morning), so loud and influencing room with heavy vibration. Even Booking showed us 2beds and sofa (booked for 3adults and 1 child) should have payed for one extra person to get linens for sofa bed (not in line with description). One bathroom was really cold.

Nice and super central apartment, with comfy beds and stylish bathrooms.
The apartment/guest house consist of two large and delicate rooms, with a very small kitchen located in the hallway/top of the stairs connecting the two rooms. Though this kitchen is exclusively yours, it’s not locked off from others staying in the Collectors house.
