Would not recommend because of the noise in street below every night.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Breakfast staff very efficient. Room was clean. Only problem was the noise in the street. Rubbish men collecting the rubbish at 3.00 am, loud banging noises, talking loudly to each other, bottles being thrown into the recycling lorry every night. Not a restful nights sleep.

Excellent would recommend this Hotel to anyone the staff are very helpful and make you feel very welcome .Nothing is too much for them.

Overall good place to stay, very convenient location

Nice small hotel.

The cleaning could get more attention. We had a lot of dust under our beds. There is no carpet so it flies easily all over the room.

Superb

Very helpful and very friendly staff. Could not be faulted and always went that bit extra.

Not a lot happening in the area if heavy rain for a few days at the end of the season, but that's not the hotel's fault.

Excellent location, staff helpful and friendly especially Ruggero

Location excellent close to restaurants, shops and beach. Breakfast delicious, looked forward to a cappuccino each morning outside on the decking.Staff exceptionally nice especially Ruggero who was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Ruggero advised us on which train timetables to take and was great craic. Paul and Fiona Ireland

Worth staying!

staff is really nice, breakfast basic but everything is fresh! room was good and location perfect. right next to the beach. I would choose hotel Katy again

Very good

The hotel would be perfect, BUT the walls are very thin, so you can hear everything from the other rooms. Especially the sound of the water is very disturbing during the night :(

Comfortable beds, huge terasse, very friendly and helpful staff, good location. Perfect hotel to visit Viareggio, highly recommended.

Lovely little hotel near the beach

Very close to the beach---so an ideal location! Although the water at this particular beach is not the best (cleanliness-wise)--so if you're someone who wants to do a lot of swimming, I'd recommend venturing further out of Viareggio. However, the hotel is great, and if you want to be near the shops and promenade and just lounge on the beach, this a great place to stay.
