Nice room and friendly staff

It was all perfect!

We stayed in a standard room, it was charming but above us on the terrace there where a jacuzzi, it started and stopped the heating every 5 minute and it made some really high noise

Amazing service from the staff. Had a room with a hot tub, with a great view of the square. Super clean.

Nice spacious apartments in beautiful Polignano

Very spacious and clean apartment. Good airconditioning and just outside the busy centre.

Nothing…. This appartement had no terrace or balcony, however you could sit on the sidewalk.

The studio apartment was spacious, air conditioned and very well appointed. The staff were very helpful with recommendations of restaurants and best places to swim. The beach club at monopoli was good value for money

A fantastic B&ab set up in a glorious location.

The location of our rooms was fabulous, right behind the main piazza but it was very quiet and private. We adored the breakfast room down in the next street - authentic local dishes made fresh each morning by the gorgeous Marianna who could not do enough to make sure we were looked after. She was a little ray of sunshine.

I think the open shower in our room could do with some glass to close it off a bit so water doesn’t run under the bed when showering. It was very pretty to look at but not really practical. I think the mattresses have seen better days too.

Amazing apartment in a great location. Really beautifully designed and with everything you could need. Cleaned daily which was a nice surprise and lovely welcome drink in the property.

Very cozy little place on a typical Italian small romantic square, small balcony. Staff was very nice and helpful.

a very small room, very loud from the outside because one of the windows is a bit broken and lets too much sound in, no good drapes, sun enters the room too much for my taste. from the images, I presumed that the jacuzzi would be private, but it’s shared with one other room

Perfectly located, wonderful appartment!

We had a wonderful stay at Dei Serafini and appreciated generosity and kindness of hosts, always on hand to answer any questions. Got upgrade to wonderful family appartment on arrival so group of friends could have separate beds. Could not find better location in the old city near to restaurants and sea and a perfect base to discover Polignana and nearby towns. Highly recommended!

Love it!

Where is the button for 7 stars? We had an amazing, amazing staying at Dei Serafini. Could not find a better location, facilities and set up for us. First we booked a 2 rooms apartment and we got un upgrade. Highly recommend the villa no 61, with beautiful view both to sea side and plazza. Two days latter, some friends come and booked another two deluxe. Everything was spotless. Special thanks to Briken from front desk, who was more than helpful, with excellent English and very responsive and an extra, extra star to the cleaning lady who found random 350 Euro in the room (that one friend didn't even knew about them), and put them it in a safe place. If ever back again in the Polignano, this is the only option we take into consideration.

If I really have to name something, carry the luggage on very narrow stairs .

Lovely room and staff in a great location!

Beautiful room and great location. Very nice amenities including robes and tooth brushes.

Personally, I don’t like small and spiral staircases so that would be my only thing I didn’t love.

A special place in Polignano a Mare

Dei Serafina reception was very easy to find and in walking distance from the train station Lucia and Briken were both very helpful and friendly to me prior to and on arrival. My large apartment was very central in the old town , quiet and with a roof terrace. The apartment was tastefully renovated in an authentic way, beautifully decorated with lovely furnishings and facilities for self catering. I had breakfast on 1 of my mornings, it was served close by in a separate building. The ladies prepared a beautiful spread of salami, cheeses , fruit and homemade cakes, cooked breakfast was also served. Also thanks again to Briken and Lucia for organising a boat trip and their restaurant recommendations.

Very unique accommodation in a stylish interior and in the heart of the old town

The accommodation was located on the central square in a separate building on three floors. The third floor had a private hot tub with a terrace overlooking the street. The interior of the accommodation was very carefully chosen by the owner and looked very good. Daily cleaning service and cleanliness were at a high level. Breakfast was organized in a café across the square and was very tasty.

The only thing - noisy due to glass waste collection early in the morning, but it's more about staying at old town near restaurants, not accommodation.

Central location, roof top has stunning views of the ocean, the property itself is spacious and clean, the breakfast is wonderful, just a perfect place for a relaxing holiday.
