Merita mers

mancarea e diversificata si o mai schimba, pretul este unul bun, in linii mari un raport bun calitate pret Piscina e ok, locatia draguta. Merita mers

Nu se face zilnic curat in camera si nici nu schimba des prosoapele si asternuturile. Si pe holuri e murdar uneori.

Mai trebuiesc imbunatatiri, poate mai mult personal și mai multa atenție la detalii!!

-Personalul de la recepție, nota 10 -Personalul de la restaurant care se ocupa cu debarasarea meselor, nota 10 -Mancarea per total ok dpdv al gustului și diversificării..

- Ceștile/paharele de stica aveau numai picături de calcar pe ele și nu păreau deloc ok.. - Folosirea paharelor de unica folosință care se foloseau la barul din hol/restaurant...nu prea făceau onoare unui bar/restaurant-hotel, ci mai degrabă arata ca o cantina a săracilor - Articolele de toaleta erau reprezentate doar de 2 săpunuri mici și hartie igienica...gelul de dus și șamponul lipseau cu desavarsire. Asta ptr ca menajerele nu le mai puneau...!! - Salatele cu roșii , rosiile erau pătate spre stricate...nu inteleg cum atunci când le.au taiat nu au văzut lucrul asta. E adevărat ca puteai alege alte salate, insa nu se pune asa ceva...eram oameni nu animale!!

Препоръчвам го на всички,които искат да си отпочинат добре,и на добра цена.

Чистотата е на ниво.Разнообразие на храна и напитки.Отзивчив персонал.

Слабо покритие на WiFi сигнала на масите до басейна.На няколко пъти се губеше връзката и в стаята 7 етаж.

Can be much better

Location is quite ok. Personnel is polite.

Breakfast and dinner were acceptable to bad. Coffee is the worst coffee I drink in the past 5 years. Bathroom is completely a joke. Lot of insects inside the room.

Very good

The rooms were clean and the staff were really nice. The pool was also cleaned every day. We got a sea view room and it was spectacular.

Hot food was taken out too soon, and by the time it was served, it was already cold.

Not the best place if you want to relax and enjoy your vacation in Golden Sands.

We liked the view that we had and the fact that it was close to the beach (if you don't mind a bit of walking)

There has been a series of issues. First of all, they do have parking places but they are not practical. No matter where you park your car, you will block someone. We have been called to move our car because someone caught between us and another car was not able to leave - mind you we were enjoying a nice dinner when we were called. Therefore, if you choose Detelina, be prepared to be called at any time. We made a complaint - well it was more like a monolog as the staff was unable to provide a valid answer. We opted for only breakfast included and we decided to eat in the evening as well here at Detelina twice. The price for 2 persons was 50 leva which is around 125 RON and the first time we enjoyed food and a drink however, the second time a staff member was agressive and literally grabbed the glasses from our mouths stating that we paid for food, not drinks - only water allowed. What is even sad is that instead of just asking for the money for the drinks he decided to be agressive and throw away the drinks. Waste wins I guess. As for the room we had, we have encountered some issues here as well. The matresses are really uncomfortable - I don't recommend for a long stay. Another major problem was the bathroom and its ventilation. The bathroom, the shower curtain were covered in black mold. As for the ventilation, as soon as we turned it on, there has been a smell that cannot be described easily - a combination of mold and dirt smells. Another note would be on both the guests and the staff. The majority of guests that were staying in the same period as we were, preferred to stay at the hotels' pool and that's alright until you occupy 3-6 places at the pool with towels so that no one else is sitting next to you. The routine was the following: from 7 to 8 AM the places were occupied, between 8 an 10 everyone enjoyed the breakfast and afterwards enjoyed the pool making sure that nobody sits next to stranger/ no one takes their place.

Perfect holiday for May 1st at the sea

- green park - relaxing music - terrace with sea view - polite staff and customer oriented - varied food for breakfast, lunch and dinner - alcoholic drinks for all inclusive are really good - one hour per day free ice cream at the hotel (4 to 5 pm) - the hotel offered us free parking in its own backyard - sunbeds near the pool to drink your coffee in the morning (we loved that!) - fridge in the room - nearby beach (you can walk, no car or bus needed)

- a bit old hotel but well maintained and probably renovated during last years - the beach is the only tourist attraction in the village as far as we noticed (we were for only 3 days), but Varna is a few minutes away by car or by bus 409 which passes nearby

Everything was fine. Combination of quality and price. Nice dinner and breakfast. English-speaking personnel. Possibility to pay for accommodation upon check-in. Black out curtains.

The room was clean, but still there was some hair on the floor and towels. Quite cheap mattresses, not comfortable to sleep. For 1-2 nights it's ok, but no more.

2 couples - all inclusive

The stuff was very friendly, rooms clean, food was slightly variated with each meal and there were planty of things to eat and choose from. Considering the price everything was just right. We liked that the pool was very clean and we had acces to the games room all the time. The distance from the nearest beach was about 800 m, but it was ok. We managed to get there and get back pretty quick. Overall we were very happy with everything the hotel had to offer and we may be considering going again in the future.

The shower was not very practical, was pretty small and if you're not careful you risk splashing the whole bathroom, but it's usable and works well.

Not so bad but would not repeat

Food was good. Swimming pool good.

Too far from the beach, bad smell in the bathroom, no shower cabin, no bathtub. It is not the fault of the hotel but there have been tourists with bad behavior, not respecting other tourist's rights, occupying the swimming pool with aggressive games, talking very loud... We all pay for the same hotel and facilities so we all have the same rights using them

Spacious room, balcony, clean linen, clean pool, parking space,10 min walk to the beach (steep slope)

No shower cabin in the bathroom,just a fosset on the wall and tons of water everywhere. I did not like the breakfast variety:cheap food, only 2 cold cuts both pork, imitation cheese, awful orange juice! Far away from central golden sands. Also, in the bathroom it smelled like smoke,and from there the whole room, probably from the vent which connected to other rooms where people are smoking on the toilet🙄 overall not a good value for money

The perfect place for me!

It was a wonderful holiday. This is the second time I'm staying at the Detelina. It is clean, the food is excellent and the staff is extremely friendly. I will definitely be back!

Good location 10 min from the beach, Tasty breakfasts, Nice swimming pool and the area around, Good air condition, Free parking, Hairdryer in the bathroom,

Awful smell in the bathroom from the shower drain (probably wasn't cleaned since the last season) but disappeared after one day, No minibar, We had to wear hotel's wristband

1. Good looking overall 2. Outside garden and pool were clean and very nice 3. The rooms were pretty good looking 4. Ok value for the money paid 5. Parking - big and free

1. The location - aproximately 5 km away from golden sands beach 2. The bathrooms - just awful. No shower cabin, bad smell. No storage spaces. Very bad overall 3. Food - tasty but not so fresh (some food tasted like old oil was used for cooking) and not many options. Very low variety of desserts. 4. Drinks - very bad drinks, soft and alcohol. 5. Cleanliness - many spider webs in different places, overall could have been cleaner

Another successful stay.

It's not the first time I've been here and I like it every time, but now ...... the food ..... excellent. Congratulations to the chefs.

Maybe ...... the staff who don't know English and those who serve the restaurant sit and look at you how and what you eat.IT'S NOT OK.
