Excelente calidad-precio, Ubication Top.
Calefacción excesivamente alto, Tasa de la Generalitat no incluido en precio (1,25€ por persona y noche)

The staff are very friendly and helpful, they have nice activities every day especially for Hiking lovers.
I was expecting more from a 4 star hotel, like mini bar and fridge, bags for laundry, flip-flops, toothbrush and toothpaste.... the normal things that 4 star hotels have. but wasn't an issue. we loved the hotel

there is practically no breakfast, this is not breakfast sausage cheese and a little yogurt, an omelet is not possible to eat! In the evening I asked for water, at the reception so they couldn’t even give water, they said drink from the tap, the rooms are bad because the washbasin is in the room and the toilet itself, as it were, in a closet where it’s very crowded! In the morning someone went to the pool and the pool is located in the courtyard of the hotel at the bottom, and there is such an echo and audibility that everything is audible and it is impossible to sleep in the morning! I arrived at the parking lot at night, there were no places, everyone parked as they wanted, although there were markings and all this was on the street, if there was snow, I think it would be impossible to park. I do not recommend this hotel because of the staff and because of the rooms that are designed not as a hotel where the layout was originally, but as if the house was converted into a hotel.

The room was great! Interconnecting rooms with the most brilliant sofa bed ever in the connecting area. The beds were pretty comfortable, the pool was cold but big and a lot of fun, the restaurant did a great breakfast and had salads and plenty of options at lunch and dinner. The hotel were very helpful in booking mountain bikes for us.
Because we stayed out of ski season, there wasn't much else open in the town than our hotel. That meant almost zero choice of restaurant. Some of the staff in the hotel restaurant were pretty rude and aggressive in booting us out of the restaurant after 4 out of 5 of us had finished eating. Because my husband and I didn't have food in front of us (our daughter still did), the staff became very angry when we asked for a beer because we "shouldn't have been sitting at the table unless we were eating." It felt a bit much.

Our room was modern and clean and the staff were pleasant.
Our room was near a nightclub and it was noisy until 4.00 in the morning, however, the hotel were happy to swap our room which was much quieter. The hotel was very hot!

The hotel location, the van to the skiing zone, the breakfast, and the common areas.
Both rooms seemed to be in an old part of the hotel. In one of them, there was no water in the bidet, the room was never warm, no wifi reached the room either, and both the room & bathroom clearly needed refurbishment. It was not what was expected for the price paid, even for the basic pack. My wife and younger son stayed in an equally poor room, but at least she was warm and had a little wifi coverage. We might have been unlucky, it could be that they have better rooms already refurbished, but ours clearly wasn't.

The location is very good and the van to the gondola is very helpful. I wonder how good it works during extreme high season like spring break holiday. The staff was very helpful too and the restaurant menu is very good and good value.
The room size was small for 3 people but if you are going to ski you don't spend much time there. It was also outdated but tolerable.
The pool was cold which is not what you are expecting after a long day in the mountain.

Location , renovation the rooms
behavior of the staff very bad, i expect better customer service. standard facility not available in the room such as coffee machine or boiler and no iron

The breakfast was very good. A wide range of food was available. Complimentary transport to the ski lift was good as were the ski lockers. Piano bar and wine bar were both nice but some staff were inattentive.
The food in the restaurant in the evening was extremely poor the evening we ate in there. The main course was served cold, undercooked and inedible. The hotel reduced the bill for the meal. For 4* hotel the bedrooms were cramped and the bathroom was a strange layout without a range of the complimentary toiletries you expect in a 4* property. The spa could not be booked through reception and only after 2.30pm. We have stayed in many ski hotels where the spa facilities are free. The 20€ charge was excessive.
