The property is very beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
It’s very isolated and the dining options on the property are limited. The beds were not comfortable as there two single beds connected with a mattress topper. The bathroom was very outdated. The gym didn’t have a lot of equipment, and the AC was not working. Also surprised that they didn’t have any wine tasting or tours on the property. The wifi didn’t work in the rooms and only in certain parts of the common areas, close to the main building.

Genuine 5 star hotel experience as good as we have experienced anywhere in the world.
The restaurant menus could have had daily specials to increase the variety on offer but any criticism seems unfair in the context of the whole.

Had a fabulous stay - from the moment we arrived we had the biggest smile on our faces
Also loved hiring the electric bikes to explore the local area

the stunning views, our room was beautiful, breakfast was great
the fine dining restaurant wasn’t that great. was disappointing and we couldn’t get any spa treatments at all.

beautiful architecture of the new, modern parts of the hotel buildings. Second swimming pool for real swimming exercises. the gorgeous view on vineyards and multiple short trips to the neighboring charming villages
cannot find any failure. Maybe just that the boutique in the hotel was opened only on demand.

The hotels and the surroundings were phenomenal. I especially liked the walk through the woods (property of hotel), the beautiful pool.. everything was perfect!
A small complaint for part of the staff who had issues with English ( during breakfast usually) and impatient atittude when dont understand what are you asking for.

The breakfast was phenomenal. Especially the honey produced on site. The service across the board was above and beyond. Everyone was very friendly and inviting. The location was great as well. Easy access to all of the Luberon villages. Room was large with a great view. Facilities were very clean and up-to-date
We unfortunately got a number of ants in the room and a cicada, but we were in the middle of the country so that is to be expected. No fault of the ownership and no knock to the facility.

Everything. We love it here. Have stayed a few times before and it always feels like a very special treat. The breakfast and evening meals are all delicious. It has changed over the years and the new management are making some changes. Just hope they don’t go too far as it was lovely as it was. The addition of a bar small plates menu is great as this area was previously under utilised.
It is expensive, so it’s not somewhere you’d stay every year, unless you have deep pockets. But if you want to treat yourself this is definitely the place.
The only disappointing thing on this occasion that not all the restaurants were available. There has previously been 3 restaurants open each night but this time only two, one of which is out of our budget. On our last night the bar small plates menu was the only option available. Luckily it was tasty but the larger sized portions were smaller than we would have liked

Very pet friendly good walking and running
We stayed en route to the South and not too far from the Autoroute
Very quiet end of season feel
Being told to wear a mask before even sitting down and then promptly given a welcome drink to take it off (French humour possibly ?)

The quality and size of all facilities, the helpfulness of the staff and their always availability and cheerfulness.
To leave the hotel at the end of my stay....but that's life

This hotel was a dream come true! It was absolutely amazing. We got to the hotel as part of our honeymoon and received an upgrade to the junior suite. The view from the room was astounding. The spa was beautiful and luxurious. This was the best part of our trip to Provence area.
Absolutely nothing.
