As touring France we only had the one night but would definitely return.

Staff very helpful, welcoming and cheerful. Location is good for restaurants and the beach/harbour is a pleasant and interesting 15 minute walk. The secure parking is excellent in an insulated underground carpark accessed by a lift which was important to us as well as being able to make a coffee in our rooms. Breakfast was also very good and set our busy itinerary up for the day. The pool is a bonus.

Un hôtel pas très accueillant il y avait un monsieur à l’accueil grand brin avec des lunettes ce monsieur là était pas du tout accueillant et parlait très mal aux gens prenez les gens de haut1 er point en suite il y’a eu un coupure d’eau moi et ma famille il a fallu que nous allons me laver autre part ensuite nous avons de mon âge geste commercial car cela nous faisait perdre du temps sachant que nous avons payé quand même le monsieur à l’accueil nous a dit comme quoi la directrice avait prévu de rembourser la nuit où il n’y avait pas d’eau dans le terrain jusqu’à aujourd’hui nous avons pas été remboursé et il faut tourner en rond je trouve cette hôtel vraiment nul sinon le reste du personnel était parfait à part le monsieur que j’ai signalé une dame blonde était à l’accueil très accueillante et très à l’écoute et très compréhensible jusqu’àAujourd’hui nous sommes à l’attente de ce remboursement car nous avons réservé plusieurs chambres au sein de cette hôtel et ses chambres les nuits m’a pas été remboursé et cette information venait de ce monsieur que je suis lignée qui était désagréable grand brin avec des lunettes comme quoi la directrice avait prévu de rembourser les gens à notre départ nous avons demandé ce remboursement et une dame blonde à l’accueil nous a dit que le remboursement était déjà effectué via Booking et nous avons appelé Booking Booking nous a signalé que aucun remboursement est effectué de la part de cette hôtel sinon ils auraient déjà fait le remboursement donc j’estime que cela est une promesse à mensonges de la part de cette directrice ou de l’hôtel ou des personnes qui travaille dans l’hôtel quand c’est pour faire payer les taxes c’est les premiers à les réclamer mais pour le bien-être des clients et le confort des clients par contre ça je signalerai que c’est 0

Gewoon een keurig appartement met 1 slaapkamer en bedbank. Redelijk complete keuken inventaris. Parkeren goed geregeld

Miste alleen een snijplank. Inductiekookplaat waar ik niet mee bekend ben, daardoor uur over klaarmaken eten gedaan.

Location is practical for my travel. The parking is (normally) closed and spacious. The room has a kitchenette with working equipment.

It was a huge studio with 'plastic' flooring, a little tacky here and there. The room was very warm (in January!) Only with a continuous running stand-alone ventilator it could be cooled a little.

Excellent location for us as we have family in St nazaire. Ideal for local shops and the sea front. Comfortable hotel.

There wasn't anything to dislike, as only stayed for 1 night.

Good location, value and secure parking

Good location for restaurants and seafront. Welcoming reception, good size room with a small kitchen area and fridge. Very secure parking for our two motorcycles in underground garage for only 5 Euros (one space). Good value.

Good opportunity to unwind and enjoy the summer weather

When we arrived we were told that we had four rooms booked, it seems that somehow the hotel had received a booking from two different websites. This was presented to us as an issue on arrival. We were given keys to our rooms and later when I checked I was told that the staff had removed the duplicate booking from their system and that there would be no cost to us for the error. Perhaps there is an issue with the booking website(s)?
