The coffee at breakfast. I also appreciated the kettle in the room, and the room was big enough for two people to share. i loved the big window
Access to the conference venue was far and the quicker route had restricted access so it was a long way to walk to the hotel. I would have chosen a different hotel if I had known that. Breakfast options were limited for people with dietary restrictions. The cheese platter often had cold meant on it and separate dishes would have worked well.

Location is near to the exhibition center
Kind of shocked by the service. During the first day, together with colleagues, at 8:30PM we requested to have dinner at the hotel restaurant since were too tired to go out after traveling and one day of work. Even if there were empty tables at the restaurant and the restaurant closes at 10:30PM we were told that there were not available tables because "a group of Spanish booked the remaining tables". So we sit at the bar eating cheese for 14Euro per plate (the same cheese you find at breakfast) until the closing and nobody of that group showed up. Basically the restaurant decided to refuse to service us a dinner. While I travel around the world, this is the first time I met such of experience.
The day of our departure, we asked to the reception if it was possibile to call a taxi: the person at the reception didn't even try to call it and just told us that was impossibile to get a taxi.

Arrived at 8pm and even though check in was available from 3pm we had to wait 30 minutes for a room. 2 young tired and hungry children was told they have no other rooms available, no refund possible and no manager to speak to. We weren’t even offered snacks at the bar/ restaurant while we waited. No adapter. No iron. No basic facilities. Walls of the room were paper thin and you could hear everything from other rooms and hallway. Breakfast was very basic. I wouldn’t recommend it for families. Had to drive for 50 mins from the Eiffel Tower due to traffic.

There was noise during night because of the elevator

Loved the double room with the sliding doors in between. Perfect as my kids were in a place whereby I could see them.
TV channels were limited and I couldn’t use my firestick as the tv was old and not a smart TV

Breakfast was great!!!! All the people from the hotel were very nice, friendly and supportive.
25' from Notre Dame...with kids, maybe it's not that close as I expected (but my bad I did no check properly).
I would expect to have the city fees included in the final price.

Great location near the Paris Expo conference center. Room was spacious and clean. Bed and bed linen comfortable so nothing bad to note on this side.
I didn't like how busy was the breakfast and the fact that it was badly organised. I did not enjoy the experience for the whole 3 nights I spent in the hotel. Hard to find cutleries when there are there. Hard to find a clean, free table etc.

the room was spacious, shower was great, room came with robes which was a nice touch!
I would not recommend this location for visitors hoping to go sight seeing in Paris. The closest metro was almost a 15 minute walk and we would often have to 20-30 minute journeys on the metro to see big sites.
The area surrounding the hotel is quite residential so it is difficult to access a nice cafe or restaurant unless you are willing to walk about 20 minutes. We did not book breakfast and we ordered two coffees one morning which cost €9 at the hotel bar which is very expensive for coffees in a small paper cup..
