Séjour agréable malgré le manque d’ascenseur

la propreté le confort la clim les rangements

chambre située au dernier étage sans ascenseur Nous pensons que les réservations faites avec booking sont moins bien placés car compte tenu du prix payé nous aurions dù avoir une chambre avec terrasse

a ne surtout pas renouveler!

la localisation et le parking sont les points positifs

le reste! objectivement on ressens assez facilement l'établissement familial ou les profits sont engendrés et les investissements oubliés. C'est rustique et en plus pas très propre!! odeurs d'humidité saisissante ( au 1er étage... ) les derniers rafraichissement sont d'une finition surréaliste. Et lorsque vous rentrez dans la baignoire, vous comprenez que le seul critère dans son choix était le prix, avec ses 63 Kg ma compagne aurait pu passer au travers sans trop d'efforts..... Vraiment Dommage! le peu de personnel croisé étant sympathique

Le bruit (chambre mal insonorisée). La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas dans notre chambre. Le manque d’information lors de la réservation : - montant du supplément appliqué pour animal de compagnie; -cartes bancaires non acceptées en dessous de 15 euros…

Very good

Lovely pool area and breakfasts. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location in town was fantastic. And not so near the bars to be noisy. On site parking was a bonus. A good 3 star hotel.

A lovely few days stay

Very friendly staff. Good location. Good choice of continental breakfast. Safe in the room and On-site parking were a real bonus. Small but pleasant pool.

An Ossis in the bustling Saint Remy

Lovely hotel with really nice facilities. Especially the outdoor seating area. Short walk to the village . Nice balcony and views of the hills Lovely staff , especially Sophie .

Would of been nice to have more deck chairs around the pool and tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been appreciated .

Nice and relaxing stay

Very nice and relaxing place. The city centre is just 5 min walk from the hotel. There is a nice terrace and swimming pool to relax and there is a free parking in front of the hotel. Breakfast was ok. Staff was kind and helpful. Overall, the location is charming.

Great location and free parking.

The location is perfect: only a 5 min walk to the centre of town. The pool and lounge area was very nice and the breakfast options were quite good. Staff was friendly and the free parking spots are a big bonus!

The room was not dirty, but when I pulled back the sheet upon checking in there was a significant amount of hair on the blanket. Maybe the hotel allows pets because they looked like dog or cat hair. It was a warm day so we just pulled it off and slept under the sheets which were fine. We also wanted to enjoy some lunch that we brought from the grocery store at the terrace tables outside the trees. The woman at the front desk kindly gave us some cutlery to facilitate this, but then later came out and said we are not supposed to eat there, which begs the question why dining style furniture is out there when the hotel does not have its own restaurant and guests are not allowed to dine there. We were apologetic and she was nice about it but we found it just very odd.

Lovely hosts who are very kind and breakfast was very good.

Hotel was very charming. Right when you enter the gates. Beautiful. Hotel has an old school charm and vintage. Breakfast was delicious. Not many choices which is fine because it was excellent.

The only think I didn’t like was the beds. But that’s also personal preference

Certainly the best place in Saint-Remy de Provence to enjoy a comfortable stay

The location is just perfect, 2 minutes walk from the city center. On top of it, there a super class secured parking. I was so pleased with the staff and the service that I decided to extend my stay. I was offered to try another room. Breakfast was most enjoyable with a wide choice. I shall come back again, this is for sure. Thanks to the Owners and to the Staff. Bernard

We loved our stay at Le Castelet des Alpilles!!

The location is amazing- very close to the shops and bar but feels very peaceful. The building is beautiful. The rooms were very clean and the hosts were very lovely and friendly! We arrived late because of our flight but the hosts made this very easy- the car parking was great. Breakfast was delicious- exactly what you would like! The pool was perfect temperature and very pretty to sit beside. We wish we could have stayed longer and will be back!!

A beautiful & peaceful environment for a restful holiday.

A quiet, traditional family run French hotel in a lovely Provençal building. All of the staff are very warm, friendly & helpful. Excellent room with comfortable bed, great shower & air con. Beautifully maintained swimming pool, gardens & lovely breakfast terrace. 5 minutes walk into centre of town.

The location was good, about 5 min walk to the Old Town. The room was very clean, the bed was small but comfortable. The outdoor area was nice. Rosa on reception was lovely, her restaurant recommendations were spot on. The breakfast was very nice and there was plenty of it.

There was no fridge in the room, it was very hot while we were there so access to some cold water (tap water was warm) would have been ideal. There was no replacement of the tiny container of shower gel or soap each day, we had one paper cup each to use in the bathroom which was never replaced and we nearly ran out of toilet paper each day, so a few extra supplies of these basic essentials would have been appreciated.

We would choose another hotel if we return to St. Remy.

Location convenient to the town of St. Remy, breakfast food and breakfast service was very good.

unpleasant concierge, demanded that we take a photo of the wifi code and hotel access code for entry after 8pm. Upset that I had taken one of the bath towels out by the pool and then the garden, instead of asking for a pool towel, but we were not informed about this on our arrival. Did not say hello or smile when we returned after being out either day, very different from all our other hotel experience on this trip through France.

Good family run hotel and good location to explore the town and surrounding countryside.

Family run hotel with friendly staff. Typical French decor. Large spacious bedroom. Good breakfast which can be eaten on the terrace overlooking the pool. Secure parking for my trike. Good location, 5 minutes walk from the town centre.

Bath with shower attachment only, would prefer a shower cubicle. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room or free bottle of water, both of which I consider essential and were provided in most hotels I stayed in.
