Small but comfortable and quiet room despite the location, but you need to be able to manage stairs.

The room was clean and comfortable, and extremely well soundproofed so very quiet despite the very loud station being right across the road. Staff were very friendly.

There is a lift but it is a tiny 1-person lift that cannot accommodate a wheelchair or buggy unfortunately. The weather was extremely hot the night we stayed and we had to keep the windows closed overnight to keep the station noise out, but that meant the room was far too hot as there was no aircon or fan. If it had been a cooler day the room would have been very comfortable.

I had a great time and would come back for a short stay.

It is really convenient because of the location related to the main station. The staff was very friendly and I am satisfied with the service.

Would not recommend for longer stays since the room was rather small.

I would definitely stay here again.

Very good location and central to the city. Our room was clean and was ideal for our short stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast was lovely also.

I visited this hotel during June.The temprature was high there was no air condition. My stay there was a nightmare.I could not stay during the day and sleep in such a small and hot room. The breakfast was awful and the wi-fi very slow and weak. If you want to call yourself a hotel, offer services and get paid for it ( by the way i paid €200/night total €800/4 nights) at least install an air condition system or do not oparate during summer time.

The hotel has an old aspect, the decoration and furniture mainly. The mattress is not very good.

The location is great, I recommend this hotel.

The price-quality ratio is at a high level. Very polite staff. In general, the location is super, vokazl, the center, everything is nearby. I recommend this hotel.

It would be great if they expanded the choice for breakfast

Location is very close the train station and tourist attractions.

Lift in the hotel can carry only one person. The safety locker in the room was locked and couldn't be used, the receptionist shifted us to other room but there too the locker was locked. No hot water kettle in the room. No provision for tea and coffee in the room.

Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast.

Great location, a stone's throw from the cathedral and the main station. Very helpful multi-lingual reception staff and a good breakfast. Comfortable room.

There was a leak where the shower head connected to the hose (although it was still possible to have a good shower). Also the safe in my room didn't work, although this was not a big problem for me as I didn't have anything really valuable. I didn't report these as they were only minor annoyances that didn't really affect how much I enjoyed my stay. The wi-fi only worked in reception and not in my room.

Fair price - amazing location

The front desk guy was super friendly and quick. Amazing location. Next to central train station. We came from Dusseldorf directly to the hotel. Koln Messe is a 1 stop away. All the trains go there. Breakfast was sufficient.

The bathroom was small. Some people can find it too small. Our room was one level above the street and the windows were to the street side. It was noisy.
