Absolutely loved my 2 week stay at Werner's Boutique Hotel!!!

The breakfast was amazing! So many choices and everything was delicious. The location was perfect - close to the Hauptbahnhof, ubahn and bus stops. Also located next to the pedestrian zone - lots of shopping and restaurants.

There is nothing I would have changed about this stay.

Very desapointed between reservation and reality !!

Breakfast very poor in choice for this kind of Luxury hotel!! All sausage need to be asked separately and you get a very small plate ( Kid's portion). Room not according the reservation and picture on booking!! Rooms are in an annex beside the hotel with no direct access. ( but price unchanged!!) Parking not in the hotel but on the oppside side public

ok to be short and sweet

nice and central, friendly staff.

shower took ages to get warm. no aircon and was roasting. no lift either so had to carry my suitcase up two flights of stairs. would have been great if they would advised that only some of the parking was free. at breakfast you could only order one platter meat or cheese no mix of both

Large Rooms, goods beds good location but little things to improve

The Hotel is in the Centre of the City and has large rooms and bathrooms. Beds were perfect and rooms very clean. The rooms on the backside of the hotel were very quiet. The breakfast room (Dining place in the evening) was very style full. The entrance to the rooms is about 25 meters from the entrance to the restaurant/reception. Fruits at the breakfast and Jus' D'Orange were fresh and yoghurt tasted very good

Upon arrival at the reception we were told that we had only booked 2 rooms while I could prove that there were 3! eventually with the help of a colleague it turned out we were right. We found communication in German but also in English very difficult. When we finally got to the room it turned out that we had to request a WiFi code at the reception. It would have been very nice if it had just been on the table in the room because the reception is closed after 22:00. At breakfast in the morning (in the restaurant) the coffee was very watery and we got coffee from the machine that was better but not super good. The breakfast buffet is divided into 3 places in the restaurant, so it is not very clear where you want to get your food. You have to order special egg dishes, but I missed a choice with toppings. The service was helpful but got the feeling that they didn't have much experience, which made communication rather difficult. Last thing is that it took minimum 5 minutes to get warm water in the shower.

Superb

Very nice breakfast, and restaurant. We dined twice at "La Tasca" and enjoyed both meals. Hotel staff were friendly and took care of every request in an efficient and timely manner. The location is great, near the transtation and underground.

the rooms are fantastic, the decor too. Breakfast I good but I would prefer more choice of fruit, cheeses and cold cuts as free service, not by order.

Didn't have tea facilities. Would have been nice to have a cuppa first thing when we woke up.

Modern, clean rooms with all you would expect. Fantastic breakfast, great location for the Christmas/Medieval markets. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.

Stairs to our room were external, but no problem to us.

It was the first time in my life when i wass scared to sleep in one hotel. The room i receved was not the room i was schoun in booking, und was not the room i reservierd. But i was to a kongress un i could not find any acceptable stays. When i adress the hotel they told me that every orher room was ocupied and ofered me another room much smaller. I wass sooo dissapoiment i could not express... In the pictures you can see that the door ist with glass, simple glass that oferred you no protection when someone would break your door. Schame on the hotel because i was waiting that i received one room like in the pictures, and when i asked they told me that they have only one room like the pictures i was schoun, one was white and the other one was brown,. Ohh and the bathroom wass sooo little.

Beautiful hotel, recently renovated, very clean.

Excellent breakfast options. Some options cooked fresh to order. House was very clean and staff was very personable.

Wi-Fi continuity. We had to get new passwords three times for a one week stay. But it was a secure site.

The location is perfect, close to the centre, and all transportation you might need. Breakfast is super rich and testy. The staff is friendly and thoughtful.

It was a big room, big bed, nice breakfast, mineral water for free in the room bar

No elevator, for a diner needed to go outside to the street and use another entrance. Poor free parking choices.

stylish hotel in a central location with very good staff

Stylish bar area and nice outside space. Staff were very helpful even calling us when we didn’t go down for breakfast to check whether we needed anything from the kitchen

stairs to the 2nd floor room were uncovered and on the outside of the building which made it tricky getting large suitcases up and down. some assistance with this would have been good.
